Billy Wright (* May 21 1932 in Atlanta, Georgia; † October 27, 1991 ebd.) was an US american Blues-Singer. He was known as "Prince of the Blues". Wright was a key figure of Atlanta Blues after the second world war and had a prime influence on the later Rock and Roll star Little Richard, whom he helped getting his first record contracts [1].
