Importance scale

[edit]
Label Criteria Examples
Top Core topics about Slovakia. Generally, these topics are sub-articles of the main Slovakia article, vital for the understanding of Slovakia or extremely notable to people outside of Slovakia. This category should stay limited to approximately 30 members. Economy of Slovakia, Bratislava, Politics of Slovakia
High Topics that are very notable within Slovakia, and well-known outside of it, and can be reasonably expected to be included in any print encyclopaedia. This includes cities with a population of more than 50,000, important nationwide topics but only the most notable Slovaks. This category should not contain more than approximately 300 members. Košice, Slovak koruna, Jozef Tiso, Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
Mid Topics that are reasonably notable on a national level within Slovakia without necessarily being famous or very notable internationally, including towns, historically important figures and members of governments. Ružomberok, Pavol Országh Hviezdoslav, Ľudovít Štúr, Bojnice Castle, Sergej Kozlík
Low Topics of mostly local interest or those that are only included for complete coverage or as examples of a higher-level topic; peripheral or trivial topics that have only a limited connection to Slovakia Bebrava, Záruby
