I think the subject of your Draft:Randi Holmestad article should pass notability via WP:Notability (academics)#Criteria #3, as she was elected a member of the Royal Norwegian Society of Sciences in 2008, which I added to the article. Note the Career section is written like a resume and it would be better if it was written with more encyclopedic form, even if just in paragraph format. Thanks for creating this article!
