The wallpaper is a photo I took myself and is under CC-Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5. The rest are the icons of various programs, for example IceWeasel, all of which are free software. I'm running Debian Etch with KDE 3.5.5.
I'm hoping I was thorough enough with the license.
