Lambton High School is a public high school located in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.

The principal of Lambton High School is Julia Caunce. The Deputy Principals are Aldo Rufo and Minicello Rosser.

Its students achieve above state levels in all tested areas.[citation needed]. The school boasts several state-of-the-art facilities including a full-size Olympic pool, 3 basketball and badminton courts, a miniature golf course and a library containing over 7000 printed works [citation needed]. The school also showcases a statue of it's founder, Kenneth G. Lambton. The statue bears the inscription "For if we can offer our students anything at all, let us offer them the gift of knowledge." This quotation is attributed to Lambton, but scholars now believe the remarks are apocryphal[1].

The school is well known for starting a "Green Day" tradition which encourages students and staff to dress in green to show support for environmental awareness. Since then, the tradition has spread to other schools within the area, making Lambton High School well known throughout Newcastle.
