STRENGTH & MOBILITY

STRENGTH & MOBILITY:
SQUAT – HINGE – PUSH – PULL – CARRY – TWIST – LUNGE – BRIDGE
Did you know Strength and Mobility can be developed simultaneously?
Our Strength and Mobility session is broken down into four sequences.
The first has a distinct focus on improving our members range of motion, even putting a focus on helping them achieve a particular flexibility milestone.
The remaining three sequences are comprised of full body strength exercises that are both compound and isolated.
MONDAY 6PM
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING:
SQUAT – HINGE – PUSH – PULL – CARRY – TWIST – LUNGE – BRIDGE
Our S&C sessions are broken down into three sequences, the first two being dedicated to strength movements and the last focusing on high intensity conditioning methods.
This session aims to build injury resilience, enhance our members confidence/strength when executing dumbbell, kettlebell and barbell movements and of course improve cardiovascular fitness.
We aren’t a copy and paste studio, these sessions utilise various variations of the fundamental movement patterns listed above to keep our members challenged and engaged each program!
TUES 6AM & THURS 6PM

PILATES




PILATES:
CENTRING – BREATHING – CONTROL – FLOWING MOVEMENT – ISOLATION
Each pilates class is designed to give you a holistic movement experience, with the above listed foundations!
These classes will focus on increased core strength & stability, correcting muscle imbalances, improving posture and isolating typically weaker muscle groups!
Each class is designed with options for beginners through to advanced pilates goers, focusing on using both the mind and muscles in harmony.
WEDNESDAY 6PM
BUILD YOUR ENGINE

BUILD YOUR ENGINE:
Our build your engine session utilises various combinations of dumbbell, kettlebell and bodyweight strength movements with air bike, ski erg and rower efforts!
Our aim is to improve your overall work capacity, meaning the total amount of training you can perform, recover from and have a positive adaptation too!
Let’s build those engines!
