Easy Reels is a web app that edits short vertical video to music. It cuts your clips and photos on the beats of a song and renders a 1440×2560 MP4 (a 9:16 vertical 2K master) of up to 60 seconds. The track is what sets the length
Songs go into the Media library like everything else, under Audios. The track a template picks decides how long the video runs and where every cut lands, which is why it comes first.

Beats are detected for you and become cut points. Pick a cut style (Smart, every beat, every second beat or downbeats), then drag, add or delete markers on the waveform if you disagree. The cuts save onto the track, so they are the starting point every time you use it.

Same library, other tabs. Put clips and photos into folders (a client, a location, a product) so a template pulls from the right pile instead of from everything you own. Long videos can be split into clips as you go.

One layered timeline: the music, a source for every beat, and text and image layers on top. Pin a specific clip to a beat or let a folder fill it at random. Drop a saved filter or colour adjustment onto any layer, or a filter layer over everything below it, and the grade travels with the template. There is no separate project to set up afterwards: you build this once and reuse it.

Questions, answered
Do I need any video editing skills?
No. You upload footage, pick a song and hit generate. Easy Reels handles the beat detection, clip selection, slicing and rendering. Editing is there when you want it, never required.
Is it actually cut on the beat?
Yes. Easy Reels detects the real beats in your track and places every cut on them. You see the cuts on a waveform before generating, and can move, add or delete any of them.
Is Easy Reels an AI video generator?
No, and that is the point. It does not invent footage. It edits yours: it finds the beats in your song, cuts the clips and photos you uploaded onto them, and adds your grade and text. What you post is your own material.
Will my videos all look the same?
No. Each render pulls different clips and slices from the folders you chose, so the same footage produces different edits, and copy pools rotate the hooks and captions. Colour filters, reusable text Designs and, on Ultra, your own fonts and LUTs keep it on-brand.
What footage works best?
Raw clips and photos. Footage that is already edited, or has transitions baked in, gets sliced again on the beat and can look choppy. Long videos can be split into clips inside the library.
What formats and length does it output?
Vertical 1440×2560 (9:16) MP4, a 2K master in the shape Reels, TikTok and Shorts use, which each platform downsizes cleanly to its native 1080×1920. The song, up to 60 seconds, sets the length. The file is yours: download it with its cover and post it anywhere. Scheduled auto-posting to Instagram, Facebook and Threads is coming soon on Ultra.
Can I use any song?
Any audio file you upload. Its beats set the cuts and its length sets the video's. As with any editor, you need the rights to the music you use.
Why is there no free plan?
Instead of a limited free tier, every account gets a 14-day free trial with full access. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.
What is the difference between Pro and Ultra?
Pro is the full production workflow for one brand: 10 videos per batch and 5 GB of storage. Ultra is for running several brands: unlimited brand spaces, 50 videos per batch, 20 GB of storage, your own fonts and LUTs, and the Ultra-only fonts and filters. Scheduled posting to Instagram, Facebook and Threads is coming soon, on Ultra.
What is Foundation?
A one-off purchase of $279 that gives you everything in Ultra for as long as Easy Reels exists: no renewal, no price rise, nothing to cancel. There are 500 of them and no more will be made. When the last one sells, the offer closes for good.
How is Foundation billed differently?
Pro and Ultra charge nothing until the 14-day trial ends. Foundation is charged when you buy it, because there is nothing to charge later. You still get the same 14 days to decide: cancel inside them and the full $279 is refunded automatically. You press the button; you do not have to email anyone.
What happens to Foundation if Easy Reels shuts down?
The access lasts as long as the product runs, which is what “lifetime” honestly means for any software. It is not a claim on a company that no longer exists. That is also why the refund window is real and automatic rather than a promise you would have to chase.
