# 创建企业帐户作为 Microsoft CSP 合作伙伴

了解作为 Microsoft 云解决方案提供商合作伙伴，如何为客户设置企业帐户。

## Prerequisites

在开始之前，请确保知道：

* GitHub 将成为你创建的企业的所有者的客户端的用户名
* ```
            CSP 合作伙伴的 GitHub 用户名，必须将其分配给客户的企业帐户，以管理按量计费和访问支持
  ```
* 客户希望使用的企业名称
* 收据的电子邮件地址
* 客户在企业中需要的席位数
* 客户所需的企业帐户类型，请参阅“[为 GitHub Enterprise Cloud 选择企业类型](/zh/enterprise-onboarding/getting-started-with-your-enterprise/choose-an-enterprise-type)”

## 步骤 1：在 Azure 门户中创建企业帐户

作为微软云解决方案提供商 (CSP) 合作伙伴，你可以通过 Microsoft Azure 门户开始使用GitHub Enterprise。

1. 登录到Microsoft Azure 门户。
2. 在搜索栏中，键入“GitHub”，然后选择 **GitHub** 转到登陆页面。
3. 选择**开始使用 GitHub Enterprise**。
4. 选择企业类型。 若要帮助确定哪种选择最适合你的企业，请参阅[为 GitHub Enterprise Cloud 选择企业类型](/zh/enterprise-onboarding/getting-started-with-your-enterprise/choose-an-enterprise-type)。
5. 在表单中填写客户信息。
6. 单击“创建企业”。

## 步骤 2：购买 GitHub Enterprise

在试用期间的任何时候，你都可以通过将 GitHub Enterprise 关联到客户的 Azure 订阅，为客户购买该产品。 如果帐户稍后转移到客户，请确保Azure订阅完全由他们管理。

1. 导航到您的企业。 例如，从 GitHub.com 上的 [公司](https://github.com/settings/enterprises?ref_product=ghec\&ref_type=engagement\&ref_style=text) 页面。

2. 在页面顶部的蓝色横幅中，单击**激活企业**。

3. 单击**添加 Azure 订阅**。

4. 要登录到您的 Microsoft 帐户，请按照提示执行。

5. 查看“请求的权限”提示。 如果同意条款，请单击“接受”。

   如果未看到“请求的权限”提示，而是看到指示需要管理员批准的消息，请参阅“[排查 Azure 订阅连接问题](/zh/billing/how-tos/troubleshooting/azure-sub-connection)”。

6. 在“选择订阅”下，选择要连接到组织的Azure订阅 ID。 要选择 Azure 订阅，必须对订阅拥有所有者权限。 如果默认租户没有正确的权限，则可能需要指定其他租户 ID。 有关详细信息，请参阅 [Azure订阅付款](/zh/billing/concepts/azure-subscriptions) 和 Microsoft Docs 中的 [Microsoft 标识平台和 OAuth 2.0 授权代码流](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/v2-oauth2-auth-code-flow#request-an-authorization-code)。
   1. 选择“通过单击‘连接’，代表你确认希望通过所选 Azure 订阅对按流量计费的服务计费”\*\*\*\*。
   2. 单击“连接”。

7. 单击**激活企业**。

## 步骤 3：邀请客户成为企业所有者

邀请客户成为企业所有者。 请参阅“[邀请人员管理企业](/zh/enterprise-cloud@latest/admin/managing-accounts-and-repositories/managing-users-in-your-enterprise/inviting-people-to-manage-your-enterprise#inviting-an-enterprise-administrator-to-your-enterprise-account)”。

## 步骤 4：将角色更改为账单管理员

（可选）您可以将自己的角色更改为计费管理员来管理企业帐户的计费，而无需拥有完整的管理访问权限。

1. 导航到您的企业。 例如，从 GitHub.com 上的 [公司](https://github.com/settings/enterprises?ref_product=ghec\&ref_type=engagement\&ref_style=text) 页面。

4. 确认客户已被列为企业所有者。
