I joined LSO in April of 2025, and took my first trade on the last Monday of that month. As of today, 3/23/26, I have made just under $12K in total, with an average return well above 1%. I started with way less than the recommended amount (only $1K for the first few weeks) and I still paid off the cost of joining LSO within 12 weeks. It would have taken much less time if I'd started with the recommended $10K. If you put the work in and focus on learning and improving your mindset, LSO will change your life.

I went from having no hope of retirement (less than $25K saved in crappy 401(k) and IRAs over the years) to having a realistic plan to retire by age 42, less than 4 years after joining LSO. Even if I somehow miss that goal (which already has a good bit of drop off built in just in case), my most pessimistic estimate will still allow me to retire by the time I am 44.

Who shouldn't join LSO? Anyone who isn't willing to listen to the several thousand people who have gone before and proven it works. Anyone who isn't willing to practice patience and discipline and control their emotions. Anyone who is looking to get their fun from trading, instead of accepting that it's best to be boringly profitable over time and get your excitement from other areas of life.

If you're willing to put in the work (it gets easier and easier as you go, I promise!), LSO will absolutely pay off. I've tried at least half a dozen side hustles before, and nothing else worked for me. They all required more than I had to give, in time, money, or initiative. LSO has delivered right from the start, and it was very motivating to see results from my very first trade.

One more thing I will add is that there are a lot of add-on courses available to purchase. I recommend waiting at least 6 months before adding anything else on, because everything builds on the core framework and will be more effective once you've got that down.

Despite upsells, great program to learn options trading. Tough market right now with high volatility and many underlying stocks dropping 10-30%. Their strategy is to block out the emotions and pain of paper losses and work through the long term trade and wait for the stocks to rebound. No magic bullet or hocus pocus to teleport into the green across all markets with simplicity and ease. Lots of ‘holding on for dear life’ and puckering through the pain. No shortcuts. Be prepared to learn but it will be a rollercoaster and may not entirely be low stress. Great profit opportunity for those willing to slow down and be patient and learn the framework. Lots of good people in this curated community. The rotten eggs will be booted. You have been warned. As long as you’re polite, grateful, and on your best behavior you have nothing to worry about. That is who this program is made for!

The company founders and team are great, the community is a real community that helps each other, all the materials and tools are well-done, and the approach to making money is absolutely sound and really works.

Their service is "as advertised". Their system is truly low stress, you indeed can make 1% per week and the people are helpful and friendly. It is run like a small family business so expect delayed responses. Your success or failure depends on your following the system and its rules. You cannot get greedy or change the system.

The framework is incredibly simple. Troy starts with the complicated financial tool of options and breaks them down into simple concepts. Then, he tells you to ignore 95% of stuff that you can do with options and teaches you the 5% that you actually should be doing. The framework Troy has created isn't as simple as push a button and get paid money, but it's only about one step up from that.

After you've been in the course for a while, you realize that you have to occasionally break/bend some of their rules. Troy and John excuse their rule breaking with having experience in knowing which rules, and when, will cause you the most pain if broken. Plus, they'll claim a number of their trades fall outside the core strategy, but are within one of their other frameworks. But, you cannot trade within their framework without occasionally ignoring some of their rules while prioritizing others.

I'll admit to breaking a rule that seriously cost me. I went heavy on a stock (Nuscale Power, SMR) and it went deeper, faster than a nuclear powered sub. It is a stock recommended in Troy and John's lists of favorite stocks to trade within the LSO strategy. Plus, I'm a believer in the long term prospects for nuclear power. And, its Technicals were good when I entered the trade. But, "Don't go heavy" would be way above "Don't lose money" on my list of rules. My bad on that one. I'm not laying blame on LSO here. They would definitely recommend against this.

I had three other stocks that went way deep in the money, which I'm still baby-sitting, at much less than 1%/week. I didn't break any rules on those. My strategy for managing Covered Calls has developed from my four DITM trades. The LSO framework is not of much value for the CC half of the wheel.

LSO customer support is excellent for the most part. After-hours and weekend emails often were answered within an hour. The only bad experience I had was with one of their upsells, "Troystradomus". This course was advertised as giving insight into figuring out what sectors are poised to outperform the market, to assist you in selecting which stocks to trade. Well, the value of that course content was terrible. It was essentially Troy's autobiography and no person's life story is worth $159. To top it off, I only had access to the course material for 13 days when they cut me off without warning. So, they initially allowed my access to continue past my subscription end-date in order to take my money for this add-on course. But, then they cut me off without giving me adequate time to view it all. There were some bonus items that may have been worthwhile. However, I never got to view them because I didn't anticipate losing access so soon after having paid that much.

Having said all this, I would say that if you're new to Options Trading, this course, even at $2K, is probably worth the money. Especially if you could benefit from some hand holding as you risk your family's financial future. They won't baby you along though. They tend to do a good job at prodding you to spread your wings and get out of the nest.

I don't think the monthly access to their tools and community is worth $100/month. There are better wheel analysis tools out there for much less. And, they don't subject you to all the marketing and fawning over how amazing this course is.

LSO is a good way to get into the Schwab trading environment and learn Think-or-Swim as well. Just don't quit your job because you've got $100K to invest and can get by on $50K/year.

I have to admit I was intimidated to start. But I found the Getting Started calls and 5K/10K Challenge calls extremely helpful. Once I put a small amount into play, I could see it working smoothly. I made some mistakes (and still sometimes do) but the overall framework has kept me within boundaries, and I have kept my account just over 1% weekly for about 6 months now. I have added different accounts into the system, and plan to keep doing so. Don't hesitate, just get started!

Life Changing. More specifically, LST has given me the knowledge to change my own life, and my families life. I've always known the magic of compounding, but 1% per week, with very little stress, is a completely new paradigm. In short, I don't need to start with a large pot of money to make impactful results.

Low Stress Trading completely changed how I approach the market. The strategies are clear, practical, and truly low stress — no staring at charts all day or taking unnecessary risks.

Everything is explained in a way that’s easy to understand, and the focus on consistency and discipline has made trading feel calm and sustainable. I feel more confident, in control, and far less reactive to market noise.

Retirement at 59 1/2 is an "option" now!

I have referred LST to all my friends because they have changed my outlook on life, specifically, retirement. This framework allows me to make money each week, compounding my small nest egg into a large retirement account. I have been here since June 2025, and my wife and I are thrilled with the results. 5 stars is not enough.

This service is a community platform that is extremely focused on the success of it's subscribers. The main product they offer is a framework for making money from the stock market in the least stressful way. But, more than that, they offer training that you could use is many other areas of life and finance. All around great experience.

I am now in my third month using Low Stress Trading and am extremely impressed with their services. I have paid for a lot of training courses over the years. Some were excellent, but none provided better customer service than LST. And none impressed me so much that I have wanted to talk my friends into joining!

Joined the LSO family (that's the vibe of the company -- not cult-like or anything like that just very welcoming), about 3 months ago. The product is rock solid and life changing. My expectations going in were tempered. My expectations in every way have been exceeded 10 times over. The owners are very visible, involved and accessible. The tools, programs, training, hand holding and onboarding of new members are second to none. The pricing is ridiculously low relative to the value received. Join, it will be the best financial decision you will ever make.

I've been following the framework taught by Low Stress Trading for over 6 months now with excellent results. This is truly a reliable method for generating profit and low stress to boot.

I'm a retired engineer with an MBA in finance, though I never worked in finance. 20 years ago I took a class in options. They taught us how to buy options to hedge a position. They taught us the Black Shoals model to price an option. They never mentioned how to make money selling options. This course taught me a whole new way to make money. The courses are well done and the community is supportive. I highly recommend it.

I am a retired 35-year RN who did not know anything about trading options in the stock market. My brother became an LST (Low Stress Trading) member last year and he shared with me the training, the process and the benefits of making 1% a week on your investments. I was intrigued, joined, trained, and started trading in June and have now placed over 400 trades. The 1% a week is easy to obtain whether the stock market is going up, down or sideways. "Following the LST Framework" is the key to making it fun and low stress. I have not had any financial training and was scared at first. LST gives you the tools (Framework) and all you do is just follow what is provided. If you are someone who wants to dive deeper into Options Trading, they also provided further training, but you do not have to go any further than the basic training to grow your investments by 1% a week. I have encouraged many of my friends to become a member because it is life changing. 12 of them have done so and all of them love the training, the support and watching their investments grow by compounding weekly premiums. If you only have $10,000 to invest it works because 1% a week is over 400 dollars in just the 1st month. I have been a part of LST for about six weeks and it's been a great experience. LST offers a simple framework, with lots of training resources, timely interaction when requested, trading deadline reminders and teaching modules, and the opportunity to join Zoom calls throughout each week. It's a great community of fellow options traders who work together to follow the LST framework. Highly recommended.

Great experience going through their basic courses. They are incredibly intelligent but also very helpful and always available to answer questions. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Incredible bang for your buck!

When I met the Low Stress Options program, I really did not know much about options other than there is such a thing and it is risky as hell. Most guys trying to be smart about it lost their money. That was basically all I knew.
But I was intrigued, so I signed up and looked into it. Honestly, I was skeptical, suspicious even as their claims really sounded too good to be true and I had got burned with some shiny projects before.

So I started learning this methodology of trading options and gave it a go.

As a complete newbie to this world, I did not expect great success or making a ton of money in a week. And I didn't.
But step by step, I learned the ropes, got used to how it works and started loving it. I mean, who wouldn't love making decent money doing a few hours of work a week?

And these days (November 2025) give the best experience for me.
The market took a steep downturn and this is typically the time when traditional investors start pulling their hair out.
But not me.
I have learned from the training here what I should do and it is working. The community is a great advantage and I can get all the support I need to navigate these murky waters (oh the poet in me ;). Takes a little more time than usual but it still brings in decent money - so much so that I am turning to trading from my normal work.

I think, after so many career changes, at the young age of 60, I am where I like to be in life.
