I was born and raised in Miami and have resided in Georgia for 14 years. I’m a mother of the most amazing toddler. I’m an entrepreneur, I’m C.E.O. of Mai Natural Beauty, & I’m a holistic wellness coach. I love cooking for myself and others. I’ve been plant-based for 6 years and I enjoy trying new recipes! I released my first plant-based recipe book & nutritional guide in 2022. I taught dance for 5 years and I’ve always dreamed of being on broadway! I love spending time with my family & creating memories with them. I love corny rom-com and musicals, they are my jam! I’ve always loved storytelling and using art to express myself. I’m a jumble of peace, love, fire and rain. There is a lot you may witness here. From wellness, lifestyle inspiration, ins and outs of entrepreneurship and daily foodie posts. So I warn you in advance that this is not a singular focused blog. I have a background in Mass communications/public relations. In all seriousness, My journey to holistic health and wellness started 7 years ago during my senior year of undergrad and I haven’t looked back. I first transitioned my way of thinking, eating and being. That then led me to pursue a masters in 2018 in integrative health studies, and there I obtained certifications in health coaching, patient navigation, guided imagery and stress-management. Fast forward to 2020, in the peak of the pandemic I decided to obtain another masters in clinical nutrition. The truth is I love learning and I’m passionate about using holistic practices to achieve wellness whether physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, or financial. I’ve always been a very curious person, I want to know and understand ways to better not only my life but those around me. I am proud of all I Am. My journey is far from complete! My prayer is to continue growing, evolving and becoming the woman I was created to be 💛
Divine Spirited Wellness is centered around helping high-achieving women overcome imposter feelings through integrative approaches like mindfulness, plant-based nutrition and movement practices that lead to individual growth and self-fulfillment.
