INTRODUCTION
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Digiotouch Academy (the learning platform and related services) offered by Digiotouch OÜ. The platform is available as a web application and may include mobile or other access.
2. Digiotouch OÜ (registry code 14507464, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia) operates Digiotouch Academy. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
3. We may amend these Terms. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or notice on the platform) with reasonable notice before the amended Terms take effect. The current version is available at https://digiotouch.academy/termsofservice (or the then-current URL). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
4. Our processing of personal data in connection with the platform is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, any data processing agreement.
USE OF THE PLATFORM
1. Digiotouch Academy provides courses and learning content on AI skills, productivity, prompt engineering, meeting intelligence, data basics, and related topics. You may access courses, track progress, and use features we make available according to your subscription or free tier.
2. To use the platform, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. You may not misuse the platform, copy or redistribute content beyond permitted use, attempt to reverse engineer or build a competing product, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
4. We may use analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) to improve the platform and user experience. Details are in our Privacy Policy and cookie notice.
FEES AND SUBSCRIPTION
Digiotouch Academy may offer free and paid access. For paid subscriptions, fees and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase. You may cancel in accordance with the subscription terms. To the extent permitted by law, fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The platform, courses, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned or licensed by Digiotouch. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your own learning. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as we expressly allow.
LIABILITY
We provide the platform and content "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and, for paid services, to the fees you paid in the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or unavailability due to force majeure or third-party actions.
TERM AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time as permitted in the platform settings.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved first by negotiation; failing that, by the courts of Estonia (e.g. Harju Maakohus) unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
