Her Path to Self-Defined Success Begins Here!
The mission of Dress for Success Arizona is to empower women to achieve economic mobility by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Dress for Success Arizona provides a robust offering of life-changing services.
Dress for Success Arizona provides each client with professional attire to secure employment, however we are about much more than simply a new outfit. In addition to equipping the client with apparel and accessories, our extensive job readiness and career training furnish her with a confidence that she carries forever with the knowledge that she can actively define her life, the direction she takes and what success means to her.
The Professional Women‘s Group is an international networking association for Dress for Success clients who have recently entered the workforce, some for the first time, to provide support, practical information and inspiration to help women achieve self-defined success in career and in life. It is the first and only employment retention model that moves low-income women towards self-sufficiency by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home and community.
Dress for Success Arizona has partnered with Arizona State University and Maricopa Community Colleges to give women access to certificate and degree programs, as well as the resources they need, to successfully prepare for careers in growing fields that pay sustainable wages and the opportunity to advance.
Dress for Success Arizona is helping teens and young adults ages 16-24 successfully enter the workforce through education and empowerment. The Workforce Initiative brings a specialized curriculum directly into the classroom to serve high school students and recent graduates through job readiness classes and appropriate professional attire.
Transportation can be a hurdle for women hoping to access Dress for Success Arizona programs, so we have created an option to bring our services to our clients. The Mobile Career Center provides many of the same great services as the Dress for Success Phoenix boutique, such as providing attire and career coaching. The Mobile Career Center also enhances partnerships with referral agencies.
We know that helping a woman look and feel her best gives her the confidence she needs to successfully begin a new career. We invite our clients to work with a personal shopper to select an outfit for their upcoming interviews. Once the client has been offered a job, she is invited to return to Dress for Success to choose a week’s worth of professional clothing.
At the Career Center, our clients gain access to the resources, support and education they need to excel in their career. Clients are paired with staff members to create resumes and cover letters, conduct mock interviews and take advantage of our professional skills training course.
The Fast Track to Success “You got the job” is a program designed to assist unemployed and underemployed clients gain more competitive professional skills, accelerate their job search and build confidence through a one day or four-day training session. Fast Track provides clients with one-on-one career coaching, mock interviewing and networking in a supportive environment.

Dress for Success Arizona is the host organization for Bank On Arizona, which works to provide access to safe and appropriate financial products and services for underserved communities across Arizona.
A basic banking account is an important first step in participating in the financial mainstream – depositing your paycheck safely, paying bills effectively, accessing or building credit, and saving for emergencies and the future.
Participating banks and credit unions across Arizona offer low-cost, low-fee transaction accounts that are certified as meeting the Bank On National Account Standards.
Dress for Success Arizona is proud to introduce the HOPE for Success program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower women transitioning from incarceration to community reintegration. This comprehensive program offers tailored support services to help participants navigate the unique challenges of reentry.
By addressing barriers such as public stigma, emotional adjustment and employment difficulties, HOPE for Success equips women with the tools they need to rebuild their lives. From no-cost job readiness training and workforce navigation to ongoing personal development, the program provides a real second chance for these women to achieve lasting success and contribute positively to their communities.
Tailor Made for Success is dedicated to empowering unemployed and underemployed men by equipping them with the essential resources needed to boost their confidence as they step into the workforce. Proudly associated with Dress for Success Arizona, this upscale studio is committed to providing men with professional attire tailored for their job search and interviews.
