M&A Analyst (m/w/d) – Frankfurt

NEX Partners is an independent M&A advisory firm focused on advising entrepreneurs, founders and investors on mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions.

We are building a modern, entrepreneurial advisory platform and are looking for an ambitious Analyst who wants to gain direct exposure to live M&A transactions, work closely with senior professionals and help shape the growth of our firm.

What you will do

• Build financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables and transaction comparables
• Prepare presentations, marketing materials, teasers and Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs)
• Conduct company, industry and market research
• Support due diligence processes and transaction execution
• Participate in client meetings, management presentations and investor discussions
• Work on live domestic and cross-border M&A transactions from origination to closing

What we are looking for

• Excellent academic performance from a leading university or business school
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a quantitative discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Genuine interest in M&A, corporate finance and entrepreneurship
• High attention to detail, professionalism and ownership mentality
• Excellent communication skills in German & English
