For the first time, the Wacker Neuson Group joined STADTRADELN with four locations across Germany during June and July. STADTRADELN is a three-week campaign encouraging people to use bicycles for as many everyday trips as possible. Our colleagues in Korbach (Weidemann GmbH), Pfullendorf (Kramer-Werke GmbH), Munich, and Reichertshofen (Wacker Neuson) have taken on this challenge in a variety of ways—whether on their way to work, in their free time, as a form of exercise, or when taking their children to school, either alone or together with colleagues. In total, more than 180 participants completed over 2,700 rides and cycled nearly 39,500 kilometers—that's almost a trip around the world. Beyond the impressive numbers, the campaign showed how active lifestyles, team spirit, and sustainable mobility can become part of everyday life. A big thank you to everyone who hopped on their bikes and helped make our first joint participation in STADTRADELN such a success. #Stadtradeln #WackerNeusonGroup #Sustainability #TeamSpirit

  • Different locations, one team: Around 140 employees from five Wacker Neuson Group locations took part in running events across Germany and Austria over the past few weeks – from Hörsching and Reichertshofen to Korbach, Munich and Pfullendorf. These company runs are about much more than athletic performance. Above all, they are about team spirit, building relationships and enjoying time together beyond the day-to-day business. They are also a great example of how we promote health and wellbeing across the Group. Staying active strengthens both wellbeing and collaboration across teams, functions and locations. A big thank you to all colleagues who took part and represented our Group on and off the course. #WackerNeusonGroup #WackerNeuson #Kramer #Weidemann #Teamspirit

  • Two International Awards for Wacker Neuson Two prestigious industry awards underline the innovative strength of our solutions and our consistent commitment to greater safety and efficiency on construction sites. At the SaMoTer - Veronafiere Innovation Award 2026, our Active Sense Control (ASC) technology in the new DV125 Dual View Dumper was honored in the Transport Machinery category. Active Sense Control detects hazards at an early stage, actively supports operators in safe driving, and helps prevent critical situations. The jury particularly emphasized the high importance placed on safety in dumpers, which are being used increasingly frequently on construction sites. Our skip-changing system on the Dual View 60 also received recognition. In Spain, it was awarded the SMOPYC Gold Award for Innovation in Design or Performance. The system enables fast, tool-free skip changes by a single operator, significantly reducing downtime and labor requirements on site. Two awards from two different markets clearly demonstrate that our innovations are driven by real on-site needs — and deliver measurable added value in daily operation.

Yesterday, we at Wacker Neuson Group once again opened our doors for Girls’Day at several of our sites. Students from the 5th grade onward had the opportunity to explore technical and industrial career paths. Through guided tours and practical activities, they could try things out, ask questions, and gain a realistic impression of working in production, engineering, or logistics. Particularly valuable was the direct exchange with our trainees and skilled workers, who shared what their daily work looks like.  Why are we taking part? Because early experiences help broaden one’s horizons—and diverse perspectives strengthen our teams.    #GirlsDay #FutureLeaders #WomenInTech #Innovation #BestCompanyToWorkFor    Kramer-Werke GmbH  Wacker Neuson  Weidemann GmbH

  • Today we published our financial results for 2025.    After a slow start to the year due to market conditions, we made significant operational progress: revenue and profitability showed an increasingly positive trend. Despite a challenging environment – marked, among other things, by US tariffs – we achieved important strategic milestones. These include the start of production of the first excavator models for our OEM partnership with John Deere, which further strengthens our presence in the North American market.    Not least due to our constant focus on working capital management, we were able to achieve our goal of staying below our target ratio of 30 percent. Consequently, we generated a sound free cash flow of EUR 202 million, following EUR 185 million in 2024.    In 2026, we will continue to pursue our course consistently. Our Strategy 2030 remains our clear North Star in this dynamic market environment, with an even stronger focus on profitability.     Key figures for 2025:  –    Revenue: EUR 2,218.8 million (2024: EUR 2,234.9 million).  –    EBIT margin: 6.0 percent (2024: 5.5 percent)  –    Net working capital ratio: 29.2 percent (2024: 31.7 percent)  –    Free cash flow: EUR 201.6 million (2024: EUR 184.6 million)  –    Dividend proposal of EUR 0.70 per share     Guidance 2026:  –    Revenue between EUR 2,200 million and EUR 2,400 million  –    EBIT margin between 6.5 percent and 7.5 percent  –    Net working capital ratio below 30 percent  –    Investments between EUR 70 million and EUR 90 million     The Annual Report 2025 and the full press release can be found on our Group website: https://lnkd.in/dMFskNe5     #WackerNeusonGroup #investorrelations
