  • Great work deserves to be seen, and that's exactly what our Project Challenge is all about. 🏆   Throughout the year, our colleagues bring energy, creativity, and countless hours to projects that make a meaningful impact – for our clients, our organization, and often both. The Project Challenge is our way of putting that work in the spotlight and celebrating the teams behind it, together.   Behind every submission stands a team that backed each other up, shared ideas, and carried a project through, together, from strategy to execution. That's exactly the spirit we want to honor.   The winning teams were announced and celebrated live at the Global Learning Days, getting the recognition their work deserves.   #Consulting #GlobalLearningDays #TeamSpirit #Recognition

Welcome to our Porsche Consulting Global Learning Days! 🚀 Investing in the development of our employees is a priority at Porsche Consulting. Twice a year that commitment turns into a full week of learning, networking and collaboration. We kicked off our second Global Learning Days of the year at the Lufthansa Seeheim Conference Hotel near Frankfurt with a warm welcome from our Executive Board. After that, we welcomed psychologist Elke Geraerts to the stage, sharing her keynote on collaboration in the age of AI, drawn from years of research into mental resilience and leadership. An engaging panel discussion on internal collaboration followed, where five colleagues shared their perspectives on what it really takes to collaborate well across our organization. Our colleagues from Germany, France, Brazil, Italy and the USA can choose from 74 sessions covering over 55 training topics, ranging from AI, strategy and sales to personal growth and much more. It's a training program built to challenge how we think, expand what we can do, and fuel the momentum we'll carry into the months ahead. We can't wait to see the ideas and fresh perspectives this Global Learning Days will bring! #GlobalLearningDays #LearningAndDevelopment #TeamSpirit #Consulting

Some of the best conversations don't happen in meeting rooms – they happen over lunch, a cup of coffee, or while catching up with colleagues. 🥗🍕    That's exactly what our Office Fridays are all about. Across our offices in Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, and Frankfurt, colleagues come together to connect, share ideas, enjoy lunch, and strengthen the relationships that make collaboration so valuable.    In a world where hybrid work has become the norm, these moments remind us how important it is to meet in person, exchange perspectives, and simply spend time together. Because a strong company culture is built through everyday interactions – one conversation at a time.    Thank you to everyone who made our latest Office Fridays another great opportunity to connect. We’re already looking forward to the next ones!    #OfficeFridays #TeamSpirit #Collaboration #CompanyCulture

How can a proven industrial application be reimagined with artificial intelligence? The company ebm-papst, a specialist in electric motors and fans, demonstrates how intelligent cooling and ventilation systems can transform a traditional product into an innovative, data-driven business model.  This transformation is enabled by the innovative NEXAIRA platform, developed by Stefan Bastian, CEO of ebm-papst neo, and his team. Powered by artificial intelligence, the digital ecosystem is designed to help building climate control systems equipped with ebm-papst fans and gateways reduce energy consumption by up to 50% during normal operation. “Through the intelligent interaction of highly efficient fans and a cloud-based, AI-powered control system, our NEXAIRA platform is able to increase the energy efficiency of ventilation and cooling systems. Operating conditions are analyzed in real time and automatically adjusted so that systems run in a way that meets demand and is energy-efficient. This significantly lowers energy consumption and reduces CO₂ emissions,” explains Stefan Bastian. The solution is particularly valuable for data centers, which require enormous amounts of electricity and water to cool their infrastructure. By intelligently controlling existing systems, operators can achieve substantial savings without installing additional hardware.    Read more in the latest article in the Porsche Consulting Magazine: https://lnkd.in/ejUHbmSZ  #AI#ArtificialIntelligence#Innovation#DigitalTransformation#DataStrategy

China is gaining influence over Europe’s automotive supply chain not only through vehicle exports, but through ownership of the companies that make critical components. 🚗 The Financial Times spoke with Benjamin Bulander, Partner at Porsche Consulting, about the potential supply chain risks associated with Chinese acquisitions in Europe’s automotive industry. Since the mid 2000s, Chinese companies have invested in more than 130 European automotive parts makers, mainly in Germany and France. The strategic issue goes beyond ownership: If a Chinese owned supplier becomes a single source for a critical component, a change in ownership can create new supply chain risks. At the same time, European carmakers increasingly rely on Chinese technology and cost advantages to remain competitive. For European automotive leaders, the question is therefore not simply how to reduce dependence on China. It is how to balance resilience, competitiveness, technology access and supply security. ➡️ Read the full Financial Times analysis for a closer look at how China is reshaping Europe’s automotive supply chain (Paywall): https://lnkd.in/dkrYKwe6 ➡️ Read the full Porsche Consulting study „Automotive Industry 2026 – Restructuring as a matter of survival" to explore the key drivers of the current crisis, critical success factors, and the strategic choices that will define the next chapter of the automotive industry: https://lnkd.in/dDBMECEi #Automotive #SupplyChain #China #Europe #Mobility #Resilience #StrategicSourcing #RiskManagement

Growth is becoming harder to achieve for outdoor and performance brands. As consumer behavior shifts, companies need to make sharper commercial decisions. Today, around 90% of market spend comes from casual and active lifestyle consumers. More than 40% buy performance products for everyday use. The line between performance and lifestyle continues to blur. At the same time, margin pressure is increasing. Performance products typically cost 25% to 40% more than standard sporting goods. This raises the importance of disciplined pricing, stronger price architecture, and fewer discount cycles. The key challenge is turning customer complexity into clear commercial decisions. A data-based revenue growth management approach helps companies to focus: ➡️ Prioritize the right growth opportunities by identifying and ranking the most attractive profit pools based on competitive position and market potential. ➡️ Translate customer insights into clear go-to-market decisions across product portfolio, pricing, channels, and communication. ➡️ Build a pilot ready roadmap by combining multidimensional customer intelligence with profit pool economics. The first pilots can be launched within 12 weeks. For outdoor and performance brands, sustainable growth depends on making deliberate choices about where to play and how to win. #RevenueGrowth #Consumer #Pricing #Strategy #Brand #Outdoor

An airport's reliability is measured by its punctuality. 🛫 Summer traffic puts the entire airport system to the test. As seasonal demand peaks, On Time Performance (OTP) often declines. Punctuality reflects the effectiveness of the entire airport ecosystem. It is not driven by a single function. It results from the interaction of infrastructure, operational processes, and close coordination between airlines, airports, air traffic control, ground handlers, cleaning teams, and many other service providers. This makes it far more than an operational metric. It combines operational efficiency, coordination quality, and passenger experience into one measurable outcome. It is globally standardized, benchmarkable across airports, and closely linked to passenger satisfaction and airline economics. Every delay affects passenger trust, network connectivity, and cost structures. As a result, punctuality has become a key factor for hub attractiveness and long term competitiveness. Airports that want to strengthen customer experience and remain competitive should make OTP their primary management metric. A stronger focus on OTP aligns operational excellence, system resilience, and economic performance. #Airport #Aviation #OnTimePerformance #OTP #Punctuality #Operations
