How do we face challenges? At our site in Kirchdorf, Gerd Schönfelder shared personal insights into his journey as a Paralympic athlete and spoke about motivation, mental strength and the importance of mindset. In his opening remarks, Managing Director Mr Niesl highlighted a topic that is particularly relevant in times of change: embracing challenges, adapting to new circumstances and maintaining a forward-looking perspective. Building on this, Gerd Schönfelder drew compelling parallels between elite sport and everyday working life, showing how resilience, determination and attitude can make a difference when facing difficult situations. One message stood out: while we cannot influence every circumstance, we can choose how we respond to it. Offshore romance at its best! ♥️ A beautiful encounter between two generations of our offshore cranes: RL 900 and MTC 2600. One is installed on an offshore substation in the Baltic Sea. The other is operating on a jack-up vessel. One has been supporting offshore operations since 2007. The other joined the fleet in 2025. Although they work on different assets, their paths crossed offshore for one special moment. Now we're curious... Behind every crane, there is a story. 👷♂️ With Alex Oberhöller, we are proud to introduce the first Liftinghero as part of the relaunch of our Liftinghero campaign.   At just 18 years old, Alex became one of the youngest crane operators in South Tyrol. Today, he works on demanding construction sites where precision, experience and quick decision-making are essential.   One particular project in the historic center of Bolzano stands out. Faced with limited visibility, challenging lifting operations and unreliable radio communication, Alex refused to accept the situation as it was. Instead, he came up with his own camera solution to continue working safely and efficiently.   To us, this is what being a Liftinghero is all about: taking responsibility, thinking ahead and finding solutions when challenges arise.   Because behind every lift, there is a person with a story worth telling. Sometimes, something lasting starts with a simple idea. 🌳🤝 At our sites of Liebherr-Appliances in Ochsenhausen 🇩🇪 and Plovdiv 🇧🇬, colleagues have taken part in local initiatives to help shape their surroundings. In Ochsenhausen, the company grounds were greened. In Plovdiv, employees and their families planted trees as part of the Active Green initiative.
