When the world's largest group training provider bets on fitness racing, is that a signal that hybrid training is becoming a permanent category rather than a trend? Les Mills International has spent decades perfecting the group class model. They already supply workouts to 23,000 gyms across 120 countries. Together, we are now building programmes for people preparing for a HYROX race. Gyms have offered goal-based training for years. Weightloss, transformation challenges, but something has clearly shifted. People aren't just going to the gym anymore, they're training toward something with a date on it. The race date that doesn't move. It changes how people train, how consistently they show up, and why they stay committed. It's why a partnership like this makes sense. Hybrid training has stopped being something people do at the gym, and started being something the gym is built around. That's a different business to run, and a different reason for people to walk in. Have you noticed a shift in your gym, or in how you show up?

How does AI fit into a sport like ours? 🤖 HYROX is an analog product. Even with so much happening in the digital world, at the end of the day it's about the experience as a sport. People go to the gym, they train, they go to the event and they race. That doesn't change. But AI is going to be an important supporting factor. At 1.8 million athletes, it's almost impossible to maintain a relevant level of customer service across every channel through people alone. The volume is simply too high. It's an area we're still working on, and one where technology will make a real difference. There's also a lot of potential to bring more consistency and accuracy to how races are judged. We are looking into options on how AI can support us here. And further out, things like unique athlete profiles built on your real data, a digital layer that could sit alongside the physical sport. Some of that is still just ideas for now, but it's the kind of thing we're thinking about. The product stays analog. AI will help us to run it better. We know we have a lot of tech and AI experts in our community. What's your take on AI in an analog sports world?

In business and sport, we often celebrate intensity. But what if sustainable high performance is less about pushing harder and more about knowing when to recover, adapt and pace yourself? Working longer, training harder, constantly pushing beyond our limits. We tend to associate performance with intensity. Elite athletes know that's only part of the equation. Sustainable performance also requires pacing, recovery, adaptability and the ability to stay composed when the original plan stops working. Coaches in sports and leaders of businesses carry the same responsibility. One manages the training load of their athletes, the other the workload of their team. Both are the ones deciding how much is enough, when to pace, and when to make space for a break. These are some of the conversations we will be exploring on the HYROX Cruise with athletes, coaches, founders and performance experts including mental resilience, sustainable progression, community building and leadership under pressure. Our Co-Founder and CMO, Moritz Fuerste, will be on board too. He's experienced both sides of the equation, first as a professional athlete, and now as a leader himself. No doubt he’ll have a lot of insight into how his sports background shaped the way he leads. What do you believe matters most for long-term performance? 💪

They watched you race. Now it's their turn. 🖤 Imagine standing in the crowd at your next HYROX race, but this time, you're not the one competing. You're watching your child on the race floor. Cheering them through every station. Feeling a kind of pride you've never felt at a HYROX event before. That's what HYROX Youngstars creates. Not just for the young athletes, but for the whole family. 4,000 young athletes competed across the first three races. 12,000 family members cheered them on in the crowd. 9 more HYROX Youngstars races are planned by the end of 2026, taking place across Europe and, for the first time ever, on American soil. “Watching children cross the finish line with confidence, determination and huge smiles reminds me exactly why we started this journey. It has been a privilege to help shape a programme that is creating opportunities for young people around the world. And this is only the beginning." - Jessica Petty, Head of HYROX Youngstars Nearly 10 years in, HYROX Youngstars is how we make sure the sport has a future and that the next generation has a place in it from the very beginning. What life lessons do you think kids take away from sport that stay with them? ⚡️

Almost one year of Racing for Impact. 37,000 of you showed up and raised millions for good causes. Here's what we achieved together. 🖤 Together with High Impact Athletes, we created a global fundraising movement that gives every HYROX athlete the chance to race for something bigger than a finish time. Performance and purpose go hand in hand. 35 events across 18 countries. 5.2€ million raised. Together we are able to give people access to therapy sessions, support women affected by domestic violence, care for rescued animals and bring clean water and medical aid to underserved communities around the world. That's the impact of a community that shows up. We are curious: do you think connecting a physical challenge to a cause makes people more likely to follow through, on both?

Hong Kong - the city where our PUMA HYROX World Championships 2027 will take place. Let's talk about why this one is special to us. 🖤 2022: First race in Hong Kong. Less than 1,000 athletes competed. 2026: Nearly 20,000 athletes showed up only four years later. 2027: Hong Kong hosts the World Championships. Of our entire global community, only the top 0.5% will earn the right to stand on the start line in Hong Kong. That's the kind of field that makes a World Championship worth the name. Our Co-Founder and CEO Christian Toetzke said: "Hosting our 2027 season finale in Hong Kong is a historic step forward, demonstrating not only the growth of our sport in the APAC region, but also our commitment to bringing world-class hybrid racing to new global hubs. We can't wait to deliver an unforgettable experience in this vibrant city." Hong Kong. AsiaWorld-Expo. 10-13 June 2027. 🌍

How does a new collection come to life? 🖤 We asked Rhoda Wong, our Senior Creative Lead, to give us a glimpse behind the scenes of the design process: "The idea was to bring movement and motion into the DNA of the new AH26 collection. Using the shapes of our sport. Our logo, the patterns, the textures, to create something that feels native to HYROX. It might not be obvious to the eye when you're wearing it. But every design element came from something rooted in the sport." So if you look very closely at the new HYROX x PUMA AH26 Collection, you will find details that won't be recognisable at first. Details that mean something to everyone who knows the sport. Check out all new pieces and the Puma Deviate Nitro Elite 4 in its brand new colourway at our official HYROX shop.

2026/27 World Championships: The Reveal. In 2022, HYROX hosted its very first APAC event right here in 🏙️. Welcoming fewer than 1,000 competitors. Just four years later, the city’s sixth race drew nearly 20,000 participants. In our 2026/2027 season, 🏙️ becomes the stage for the world’s best. A full-circle moment for the sport and for this city.
