I am a statistician working with biological datasets to understand the mechanisms underlying human disease and identify possible treatments.

I do a lot of work in R, and this is a place where I keep my notes about code snippets or R packages I write.  More complete packages can be found on CRAN (full releases) or github (including all the inbetween edits).

My group has a blog where we write a bit about the science, and I also have a more static official homepage.
