insanely pleasant - and pleasantly insane - music (somehow understandable considering the inspiration source). not just that, but we have Drax's new stuff too now. warms the heart and the ears, this exchange of goods \o/

My sweetest Pal, my friend :)

I’m really sorry I forgot you in my thank-you demo "Bit by Bits" — that’s pretty unforgivable. I absolutely love the portrait you made of me. It clearly proves I haven’t really gotten older… maybe just a bit more filthy.

Hope you’re doing well. You’re without a doubt one of my favourite people — and one of my favourite graphic artists :)

And a quick note on tNG too: man, that directory art is seriously gorgeous. I’m truly grateful for it :)

After update to 3.12 it works, unbelievable :D
Thanks Trap for not so obvious advice ;)
Btw. I watched and listened to the collection today, and ohhh men, it's so great.
I love the design, all the gfx/fonts, and sneezing snot on my screen :D
And of course all the tunes <3

It was tested on real c64 and my ultimate-64 with firmware 3.12 using Dolphin DOS 2. Maybe upgrade your firmware and see if that helps?

It hangs after loading Digi intro, after logo is fully shown, on my C64C with Ultimate-II Plus-L 3.11 + RR3.8Q

The soundtrack is out of this world, all sids ooze the insanely high drax-level standard. It shows a lot of respect when everybody brings their A game.
I'm especially impressed by the many tunes that are completely new, but clearly in Thomas' style. This is not an easy feat, we all know his incredible talent for melodies, basslines, funk, and and and :)

Sooooo many nostalgish SIDs here and no comments?! I can't help but write this:

@TheSyndrom: Scortia vibes perfectly recreated
@Jammer: Maaaan, that's DRAX pumpin' no steroids
@Laxity: Finally the SID got a REAL snare
@Steel: Dat phat cover
@Søren: Always digging every new SID from you
@SMC: Slappin' grooves
@Shogoon: That surprise bass key change made it for me right away
@Scarzix: Last Ninja blood in your veins
@Psycho: Hitting like the punch bag
@Mibri: Got 'em bare strings
@Metal: That chordy bass and no more questions
@Magnar: Boogie punk the funk
@Leaf: Early Shogoon got ya bro
@JCH: Chordian in full swing
@GRG: As cheesy as a medley outta be
@Zardax: 90s are so here again

Thank you all. And thanks DRAX for being the reason for this <3

A ridiculous amount of awesome music celebrating one of my absolute favorite composers, so sorry I couldn't contribute myself this time, but HB DRAX!!!

Personal favorite no doubt is Steel's take on "Mother" with "Retrospectful" thrown in there in end. It sounds so full like the original, but with a bit of a funkier bassline, very tasteful and absolutely delissssh! <3
