Hi everyone! I'm Shane, Founder of Tensorix.ai — a Dublin-based AI inference startup coming out of stealth soon for beta access. We're building secure, privacy-focused LLM inference for enterprise workloads. Dell servers running NVIDIA B200/B300 GPUs, open-source models, EU infrastructure, zero data retention. On the platform engineering side, it's been a proper journey — stood up K3s clusters across EU regions, deployed vLLM for serving open-source models, built out the API gateway layer for multi-model routing, wired up Prometheus and Grafana for observability, and got Cloudflare load balancing across geo-distributed nodes. The whole stack from scratch. My background is old-school Dell servers and SANs, then I went the entrepreneur route, and now I've landed deep in AI infrastructure — building fast and trying to disrupt things. Funny how it's come full circle back to on-prem, just this time it's hosting LLMs at scale. Our CTO joins January 5th and we're building out the team from there.
