DescriptionSignal-W156BR-01.jpg |
English: Signal W156BR is a banner repeater signal, located a short distance east of the footbridge on platform 2 at Castle Cary railway station in Somerset. Signal W156, at the western end of the station, which this signal repeats, controls the junction between the Berks and Hants Line and the Heart of Wessex Line which branches off to the left. For this reason there are two signal heads with the higher one relating to the main line and the lower one to the branch. |
