Description4mbramvax.jpg | 4 MB VAX 8600 memory board. A four-megabyte RAM card measuring about 56 by 38 centimeters (twenty-two by fifteen inches); made for the VAX 8600 minicomputer (ca. 1986). Dual in-line package (DIP) integrated circuits populate nearly the whole board; the RAM chips are the most common kind, and located in the rectangular areas to the left and right. |
