GetQuorum provides advance electronic proxy voting, virtual Annual General Meetings and other governance related services. Our clients include condominiums and HOAs all over North America, regulatory bodies, trade associations, corporate shareholder and other entities with sophisticated voting requirements.

The services covered user flows, native application development, and communication with the backend API. The focus was mostly on Android related technologies (Java, Kotlin).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While the application is not in production yet, the showcase and the demos we had with the stakeholders, showed that the app feels well polished, clean, similar to other high quality top of the industry products.

One of the things we like most is their management style. Working with their delivery manager is absolutely amazing. Yes, they use Jira and all the bells, but the communication skills and their predictability is what makes the collaboration so enjoyable.

There are several things we really like about the Tridhya Tech team. I would mention their culture. They really look like a team. and the whole working environment and their internal team relations blew my mind.

We devised a conceptional solution of what we wanted our software application to look like. We briefed Tridhya Tech on what our objectives for the application were and its minimum requirements. After that, they developed a software specification and put together a brief on what they could make. They did everything, including UI/UX design, developing the specifications, briefing us, and executing the front and backend of an AWS web based application. The project is complete, but we still engage with them for customer support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work has been well received, and the application exceeds our expectations, it functions great. They've also been very responsive about any bugs we identified; users are reporting high satisfaction levels in using the application. The product has also streamlined the process of delivering and reviewing the data. Our clients can utilize the data that we capture much more effectively, and through that, it improves the safety and reliability of the rail operation.

They've delivered everything on time and within budget. Regarding tools, we communicate with the entire team through Email, Slack and Jira.

They can interpret our objectives and needs and convert that into an actionable plan and specification that encompasses all aspects of the application development from UI/UX, frontend development, and backend development.

 I don't think there's anything they can improve on , we're very satisfied with the process.

THey think about the sustainability of their deliverables. Tehy implemented additioanl features to make sure we will not have problems with the scripts in the future. They are also very accessible at all times, even in different timezones.
