Techstack provided end-to-end development support. Their team designed and implemented a microservice that worked with OpenAI’s GPT-4o-mini model to generate multiple Store Note drafts in one go. They also handled integration with our mobile app, built on React Native, and optimized everything for speed and stability. Their QA engineer ensured every part of the flow worked smoothly, and their designer helped shape a clean, focused interface that felt simple even for non-technical users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over seven thousand sellers tried the new feature in the first rollout, generating more than nineteen thousand AI notes. Almost sixty percent edited the AI suggestions before saving, which proved the balance between automation and human touch was right. The engagement rate reached 79%, and sellers who used Store Notes ended up raising around 38% more funds.
