 I don't doubt thatChina has built the fastest computer, I do doubt that it was done withoutmicrochips from the west or exact copies of western made microchips.

 I remember Russia,a number of years ago, touting their advancements in computers that wasdeveloped independent of any western technology. A company in the UK got holdof one of the computers study and when they opened it up it was plain to seethat it was a direct copy of a Intel motherboard.

 Whoever wasresponsible for preparing the silk screen had overlooked the Intel part number.

 China has move onfor the next generation of supercomputer already. Yet our government created'plan' for new supercomputer last year, yet everything is still on paper (ormost likely, no paper yet).
