Delores Ferguson joined CCMC in 2006 and brings more than 37 years of experience in community management, known for her integrity, professionalism, and relationship-driven leadership. She plays an active role in monitoring legislative issues affecting community associations and advocating for the interests of HOAs and onsite teams across Arizona.
Brett Wiklund is a Senior Vice President at CCMC with nearly 20 years of experience in large-scale community management, specializing in strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term community health. He has held multiple leadership roles since joining CCMC in 2006 and is actively engaged in industry organizations across the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
Jamie Flores is Vice President of Resident Experience at CCMC with 15 years of programming and engagement experience across large-scale, master-planned communities. She focuses on elevating resident experiences by sharing best practices, tracking national placemaking trends, and helping boards bring their unique visions to life.
Jenna Perkins is a Senior Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC with more than 13 years of experience supporting large-scale, master-planned communities across multiple markets. Known for her servant leadership approach, she partners with teams, boards, and developers to drive strong governance, operational excellence, and connected community experience
Sara Huff is a Senior Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC with more than 20 years of experience in community association management, providing strategic leadership across multiple markets. She is known for building trusted relationships, delivering consistent results, and bringing deep industry involvement and professional credentials to her role.
Azra Sibic, CPA, serves as Chief Community Accounting Officer at CCMC and brings more than 18 years of experience in community association accounting and financial leadership. A licensed CPA in Arizona, Azra oversees CCMC’s Accounting Department, including Community Accountants, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury services. She is deeply knowledgeable in industry-specific accounting best practices and regularly supports boards and internal teams through financial training, board meeting participation, and hands-on guidance.

Delores joined CCMC in 2006 and brings more than 37 years of distinguished experience in community management. Her extensive expertise, professionalism, and unwavering integrity have enabled her to cultivate robust relationships with homeowners, volunteers, and team members alike. As a longstanding Board Member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers, Delores actively monitors legislative developments impacting community associations across Arizona. She is actively involved in weekly legislative update sessions and engages directly with state legislators to advocate against bills that could adversely affect HOAs and the essential work performed by our site teams.
Delores holds several prestigious certifications and designations, including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), and Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM).
A respected leader in community management, Delores is highly regarded for her ability to forge and maintain strong relationships within the industry. She is deeply committed to advancing and delivering unparalleled large-scale community management services to the residents, Board Members, and community volunteers entrusted to our care.

Sarah Huff
SVP, Community Operations

Sara Huff serves as Senior Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC, providing strategic leadership and working closely with communities in Texas, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. With over two decades of experience in community association management, Sara demonstrates a commitment to excellence, building trusted relationships and delivering consistent results. She has served in various leadership roles in the CAI Austin Chapter, including Chapter President in 2018, and holds CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations and a CAM license in Florida.

Jenna Perkins
SVP, Community Operations

Jenna Perkins is a Senior Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC, bringing more than 13 years of experience supporting large-scale, master-planned communities across multiple markets. Known for her servant leadership approach, Jenna partners closely with executive leadership, onsite teams, boards, developers, and vendor partners to drive strong governance, operational excellence, and vibrant, well-connected community experiences.

Jenna’s professional background also includes leadership experience in municipal government, where she gained a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. This foundation strongly aligns with her current role, enabling her to effectively bridge public-sector best practices with private community management to support compliant governance, thoughtful planning, and collaborative relationships within complex, large-scale communities.

Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Public Administration. She maintains multiple industry credentials, including Certified Community Association Manager (CMCA), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), and Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM).

Brett Wiklund, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, serves as Senior Vice President at CCMC and brings nearly two decades of experience in large-scale community management. Since joining CCMC in 2006, Brett has held a range of leadership roles, including Lifestyle Director, Community Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. He is known for his ability to evaluate both the physical and financial health of communities and to develop clear, actionable strategies that support long-term success, including full-cycle budgeting, strategic planning, and SWOT analysis.

Brett holds degrees in Parks and Recreation Management and Corporate Wellness from Northwest Missouri State University and is actively involved in industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, Community Associations Institute, and the Community Development Council in Dallas-Fort Worth. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, hiking, camping, discovering new music, and following Nebraska college athletics.
