Does anyone else, when they first look at the promo's for Faith, get this flash of, "Darla!" And then think just for a minute that the boys are after vampires??
I dunno. They might want hold off from some of that, since it is Buffy territory and this is a little more serious. Maybe they'll show up in a filler episode. But vampires and werewolves have been done a lot. It'd have to be pretty special to make it interesting.
Also I somehow get the feeling that to Dean and Sam that vampires might just be a walk in the park to get rid of. I dunno why.
That was my philosophy too. The "evils" have all seemed to be more monster stuff than human type things. Smeg and the Celine Demon have been the first "human" threats. Supernatural tends to verge more on the X-File side of things, so my guess would be they're going to go light on the campy monsters.
And isn't it sad that Jensen, even when making the ridiculous "silly" face, is still incredibly hot and all I notice are his cheekbones?

I like that they haven't done the run of the mill horror monsters. It get's old. *kicks at Underworld sequel*
