I don't know why put this is the only picture I got of Christnas morning. I took a lot of video but not pictures. Rayce got a bow and arrow, madden xbox game, minecraft xbox game, a small snowboard, Legos, movies, saddlebags, and more. Wayke got a Polaroid camera, skis, smurfs on Xbox, saddlebags, athletic pants, hex bugs, movies and more. Ridge got his usual farm stuff and lots of it. Corrals, gates, cows, tractors, trailers, skis, movies, games, saddlebags, and more. Range got a tent, bike, ride on motorcycle, snow tube, basketball hoop, a wii game, saddlebags, and more. The boys together got a roping steer. Since Christmas my boys have had many roping contest and are doing really good. I told them if they roped the steer a 100 times I would give them $.10 for every time they caught. Of course, Wayke, our child who is determined, made it to 100. He had 75 catches and 25 misses. Rayce and range got to about 70 but the deal was they had to get to 100. I wanted to see who would stick to it and make 100. Our plan was to get the boys snowmobiles for Christmas. We found out Tuesday morning that they weren't going to make it by Christmas. We started talking about getting bigger ones or maybe getting a hot tub instead. As we were trying to decide what to do we watched Christmas for a dollar. As soon as it was over it was a very easy decision on what more to buy.... Nothing! Our kids are more than spoiled. It was a good Christmas for them and they didn't need any more. We realized through the month the boys had never once talked about what they wanted to give someone, anyone, for Christmas. Everything was about what they wanted and they had a very long list. It was our fault for not teaching them and apparently the true meaning if Christmas had been forgotten at our house. So we had a good talk with them and a little simpler Chrstmas than normal and it was a great year!!! Hopefully next year we teach them and remind them not to worry so much about themselves and think of others.
