My clients tend to become repeat clients. Some of them have been with me since year one. That's not an accident; it's the whole point.

You can find me somewhere in the DMV area with my husband and daughter, probably debating where to travel next, cooking something Puerto Rican, or writing The Window Seat — my monthly newsletter where I share travel tips, resort reviews, industry news, and the occasional life update nobody asked for but everyone seems to enjoy. 😄

I've been in love with travel since before it was my job. What started as years of giving free advice to every friend, coworker, and cousin who was planning a trip eventually turned into something bigger — Bon Voyage by Barbour, which I founded in 2012 and have been building (and loving) ever since.

I specialize in destination weddings and group travel. You know, those kind of trips that aren't just vacations; they're memories. Milestone birthdays. Honeymoons. Anniversary trips. The group chat that finally became a real itinerary. I live for all of it.

What makes me different?
Honestly? A few things.

I'm a Black and Puerto Rican woman who has been planning trips for a diverse, celebration-loving clientele since 2012. I'm proud to be one of the few Black-owned destination wedding agencies out there — and I don't take that lightly. Representation in travel matters, from who you trust to plan your most meaningful moments to how your culture is honored once you arrive.

I also have a background as a licensed clinical social worker, which — trust me — comes in incredibly handy when you're coordinating 60 guests across three time zones and someone's flight gets cancelled the morning of a wedding. I stay calm, I listen well, and I find solutions. It's just how I'm wired.
