Birthday Blooms

 This card was made with the color challenge at Beautiful Blossoms Challenge in mind.  This is the picture they are using for isnpiration.

I used a brand new die I just got in the mail today.  This is Sketched Rose from Crafter's Companion.  I got it from Scrapbook.com - it is currently on sale for $4.99.

I used the color scheme from the picture.  I added some gems and a sentiment die.

Birthday Hugs

 This card  was made using the Lily Pond Lane Suite from Stampin' Up and a die set from Altenew called Pond Flowers Die Set, it can be found HERE or HERE.

I used one of the papers from the Lily Pond Lane paper set, cut the "pond" shape from the Pond Flowers Die Set and placed it around the ducks on the paper.  The paper was cut down to 5.25" square so I used the strip from the top and added an extra layer with it.  The flowers and leaves and the hug sentiment are from the same pond die set.  I added a bigger flower brad to the flower on top.  The birthday sentiment is from an older Sizzix sentiment set I had.  I added the yellow gems and some small white gems.  I also added some shimmer to the ducks.  Right now, this is one of my favorite suite sets from SU, and this Pond Flowers Die set from Altenew couldn't have been any more perfect for it!!

Witch, Please...

 These two cards were made using an image from Colorado Craft Company.  This is from the Lovely Legs Collection.  This stamp set is called Best Witches.  You can either find it at Colorado Craft Company or at Scrapbook dot com.  It's the same price at both places.  

This first is sort of a traditional "darker" in colors witch card, with a bit of glitter and stickles.  Otherwise, I kept it very CAS.

This second is a bit less 'witch traditional'.  I went with pastels.   I even added some pink metallic cardstock.  I used some ink spray on the pink square and added some star shaped gems and some glitter gems.

Super Old MFT Fun

 I totally forgot I had these stamp sets.  I decided I needed to pull them out and play.  I made them both into shakers.  This first card was made using "How Sweet It Is", from around 2008.  The second card was made using "Call Me" from around the same time.

This first card I used the oval die frame from CTMH (retired) and a bow from Stampin' UP.  The DP was also from CTMH.

This second card was made using a phone handle from Cricut and some fun frame dies.  The DP used was from CTMH.  I hand drew the stripes behind the chair (the wall).  The words were dies from...I can't recall...LOL

Wild Dancing Birthday

 both of these cards were made using images cut from some retired Stamp'in Up papers.  The Hippo is in front of one of the new dies I just got yesterday from Altenew called Linear Crossroads Die (you can also find this one on Simonsaysstamp), the deer is in front of another of the new dies from Altenew called Twigtastic Die.  The HIPPO sentiment is from an older retired stamp set from Stamp'in Up called Hippo Happiness.  I added some shimmer to both of the dancer's skirts and shoes.  I added some pink gems to the Hippo card.  The sentiment on the deer card is one I typed out on my own.  Sure hope there are no unintentional typos (deer was intentional).

 This card was made using Little Flower Fairy from All Dressed Up.  I added a couple of butterfly dies, a doily I cut in half, a red bow, and some paper from Stamp'in Up.  The sentiment is from CTMH.  I added some shimmer to the fairy's wings and dress and to the butterflies.

 This card was made for this month's ATG w/Opt. pastel colors challenge over at Creatalicious Challenges. For this card I used the Cutest Cows Stamp Set and punch set.  The pink paper used is the retired "Polished Pink" also from SU.  I used a stencil behind the image and sentiment.  I added some pink Adhesive-backed dappled dots.

Light Switch Plate

 I went to the Dollar Tree yesterday and found this light switch plate mold for epoxy projects.  I just happened to have some epoxy, this is the second time I've tried playing with it.  I used some unicorn confetti, some glitter, some pink pigment powder, and some blue pigment ink.  I'm super excited, it actually fits where I had in mind for it!  Yay!

Two Foxy Birthday Cards

 I pulled out a couple of the fun fox images I have from Polka Doodles, they came from the set called Autumn Fall Fox.  

Even though both cards would work for a guy or a gal, the first one was made specifically with a guy in mind.  I used a couple older papers from Stamp'in Up.  I added some gems and a bit of shimmer, all without taking away from the more masculine look.

This second card is a fun fold-ish card.  This opens sort of like a notebook.  I added some twine and gems.  I also added some shimmer on the gift and the hat.

I followed the current sketch challenge over at Shopping Our Stash 

  The center piece was done using a small embossing folder.  I used a cut and emboss folder for the scalloped edge on the left.  I used some fun gems from Stamp'in Up.  I used some shimmer on the flower centers.
