“The Things in Between” by  Jen Urso

Exhibition at Modified Arts

Jen Urso presents a collection of videos, photographs, drawings, and writings that explore the subtle messages communicated in the gaps between social and urban spaces.  What can be said in a silent moment between conversational utterances?  What do the empty spaces between buildings say about a city?  The artist explores the connections between these questions, and more.  Modified Arts will also display Urso’s yearlong daily drawing, which she has aptly titled “Efforts of Persistence.”
