1952 Cooper-MG T21 Barchetta
This 1952 Cooper-MG T21 is one of approximately two dozen Cooper-MG chassis built between 1950 and 1953 and is said to have been purchased new as a rolling chassis by an employee of MG dealer University Motors in London, England. The car was assembled by its first owner using a 1,250cc MG XPAG inline-four, a four-speed gearbox, an ENV differential, and aluminum barchetta bodywork hand-formed by Gray & Rich Panelcraft of London. The car remained with its original owner for 21 years before being sold to its next steward, who campaigned it in hill climbs, rallying, and other events through the mid-1980s. It was then placed in storage until being sold in 2012 to its third owner, who subsequently commissioned a refurbishment that was completed in 2015. The car was purchased in 2017 by the seller, who imported it to the US and commissioned further freshening before showing it in several concours events that included two Amelia Island appearances, a Best in Show award at Ft. Lauderdale, and class awards at Hilton Head and Gasparilla. Finished in Pale Duck Egg Blue and Cooper Green, the car features a Laystall aluminum cylinder head, twin SU carburetors, an MG TC four-speed manual transmission, magnesium wheels with integrated brake drums, four-wheel independent suspension, and green leather interior upholstery. This Cooper-MG barchetta is now offered in St. Petersburg, Florida, with historical photos and documentation, invoices from current ownership totaling over $85k, and a bill of sale.

This 1947 Harley-Davidson EL was purchased circa 2006 as a partially disassembled project, and the seller tells us it was subsequently reassembled per his instructions by the late Rich “Dr. Sprocket” Ostrander. The bike is powered by a modified 61ci Knucklehead V-twin that has been fitted with 74ci cylinders and flywheels and is paired with an optional four-speed transmission.
