Sales commission software that keeps up with your comp
Variabl

About

Variabl is sales commission software for finance and RevOps teams. If your comp plans live in spreadsheets, a rules engine, or logic a consultant built years ago, Variabl puts them in one place where you can design plans, calculate commissions, and see how reps are tracking. You build plans in a no-code builder, starting from a library of plan components that are already tested. When a plan, rule, or role changes, you set an effective date and Variabl keeps the history straight. It connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zoho, and other CRM, ERP, and payroll systems, so payouts match the data and every number can be audited. Setup takes a few weeks, and you’ll rely far less on consultants to keep it running.
