Amid all the turmoil in America of late, there may not be a more far-reaching crisis than the ongoing effort to censor speech.

In the run-up to the November election, Big Tech platforms like Google, which owns YouTube, Twitter and Facebook now censor content with abandon, deciding what is and is not acceptable speech.

The latest example of this involves a GoFundMe account set up by Candace Owens, titled “Mob rule has no place in America,” which was subsequently shut down after raising $205,000 in a few hours.

The conservative activist launched a GoFundMe campaign in support of Michael Dykes, a Birmingham bar owner who called George Floyd a “thug” — Floyd served at least four stints in prison, including a 5-year sentence for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. The media narrative is that at the age of 46, he was turning his life around, though a toxicology report said he had fentanyl in his system at the time of his death, as well as meth.

Dykes also called the protesters idiots, suggesting a “protest tax” should be added to drinks for having to close early due to curfews imposed over the protests.

“Mr. Floyd was a thug, didn’t deserve to die but honoring a thug is irresponsible,” the bar owner said.

The intolerant left called for boycotting the business after a now-former employee leaked Dyke’s words, which were expressed in a text message to two managers that was then circulated to employees. Owens would launch the GoFundMe campaign in response, saying she’s “sick of the mob ruining people’s lives” for having different opinions.

Owens said in the campaign description that Dykes was inspired when he “watched my video which garnered 100 million views in 42 hours, about the irresponsibility of the George Floyd protests and riots.”

Taking to Twitter early Sunday, Owens announced that the campaign had been shut down for violating its terms of service.

“After raising $205,000 in a few hours @gofundme decided to halt my campaign for the Parkside Cafe in Alabama. At their discretion, they deemed that funds raised for a conservative business constitutes “intolerance,” she tweeted. “They WILL however give the funds raised thus far to the cafe…”

In a pair of follow up tweets, Owens spoke to a greater cause than an Alabama bar attacked for not adhering to the hard-left’s take on events.

“While I am glad they will give the funds raised this far to the cafe to the owner, I am angry that such a blatant form of discrimination is acceptable by @gofundme. There was NOTHING intolerant or violent about raising funds to help a conservative business owner,” she tweeted.

“Once again, conservatives and Trump supporters need to adapt to a world that tells us that our very existence is unacceptable,” Owens added. “That our ideas, thoughts, and now even our charitable efforts are unacceptable. That threatening, boycotting, and cancelling us is okay,” Owens concluded.

GoFundMe issued a statement defending its actions, according to AL.com.

“GoFundMe has suspended the account associated with Candace Owens and the GoFundMe campaign has been removed because of a repeated pattern of inflammatory statements that spread hate, discrimination, intolerance and falsehoods against the black community at a time of profound national crisis,” the company said. “These actions violate our terms of service. Furthermore, the Parkside Cafe has clearly condemned the comments that initially led to this campaign.”

Candace Owens suspended from Facebook for seven days!

Candace Owens:

“My @facebook page has been suspended for 7 days for posting that white supremacy is not a threat to black America, as much as father absence and & liberal policies that incentivize it, are,” she tweeted. “I am censored for posting the poverty rates in fatherless homes.”


“Facebook has allowed every post that has falsely and horribly accused @realDonaldTrump of white supremacy to remain on its platform,” said Owens. “But when a black woman begins discussing the TRUTH—which is that liberal policies have systematically ruined black homes—they censor.”

Candace Owens has a Sunday show on Prager U. Today's guest is Roseanne Barr on the world premier of Candace's show.

Roseanne: "When this happened the only people who called me were black people because I have been a fighter my whole lfe for civil rights."

I didn't know Roseanne Barr was part of a "women's collective" in Denver in the 60s and 70s. When Angela Davis started talking about Zionism, it created a wedge between black and Jewish members of the collective. Next they split each community into Left versus Right. Roseanne: "There is really only one party, and it's the money party! They can do whatever they want, because they have the media. It is a real, cultural war! People on the right who attack Trump are cowards. You gotta be on the spiritual battlefield. They have demonized the vast middle. I'm in the vast middle, and so are you!"

Candace: "The Left's strategy is to keep people from hearing us." Roseanne said after she was fired by ABC she had a complete nervous breakdown. She has a tattoo on her leg of the Phoenix rising from ashes, and plans to do just that! Candace has also experienced the hate from sadistic journalists. She asks Roseanne, "What got you though it?" Roseanne: "God." Roseanne goes on to talk about support and love she has gotten from people in Iran, then she forgets what she wants to say. Candace kindly tells her that it is fine and moves on to talk about the current anti-Jewish movements on the Left.

Did you know that Roseanne ran for president as a Socialist in 2012?

Candace is currently being interviewed by a woman from the Washington Post, who asked Candace, "Do you think that white supremacy exists?" Candace told her, "The closest thing I have seen to it in my life is the radicalized feminist movement!" Roseanne talked about "Ho privilege." She also talked about trying to help victims of child sexual abuse. She was told by the feminists that there were two things she could not say: that boys are victims of sexual assault, and that women are predators. Candace explained the difference between rape and regret. Roseanne: "Women are being encouraged to be conniving. Candace added, conniving little wimps!

Roseanne is going back to standup comedy. She plans to tell women, "You're nothin but hos." "And I'm telling the men, "Why are you letting women do this to you?" Roseanne admits she was good at being a ho at some times in her life. Ya got to do what ya got to do! But I'm talking about now! When ABC fired Roseanne, the ABC preident said his first call was to Ms. Jarrett!

Candace notes that when she was attacked, Dennis Prager had her back instantly! Roseanne said, "We are all kept in our little pens by keeping us divided against each other. Roseanne is about loving and including each other. The more we can include each other, the more powerful we're goona get!" "If somebody doesn't think exactly like you, love 'em anyway!" "And seek solutions to actual problems!" "Not just empty rhetoric!"

"Kanye was built for this!"

Candace Owens: Media commentary means nothing. It will not dissuade us from speaking out! This is a different time. We are audacious. We are standing up! Kanye has built up a runway, and we're not going to squander that opportunity! There is nothing that can stop this movement of black conservative thought! The Democrats are fearful that they are losing control of us. They are our oppressors. We will no longer let them oppress us! Liberals cannot bully me!

One for the ages!

On Facebook, Candace Owens writes,

The story of me and Charlie will be one for the ages. People told Charlie he couldn’t start a college-campus organization without a college degree—but he did.
People told me that I couldn’t start a career on Youtube—but I did.
Then came the people that told us we weren’t allowed to blend culture with politics— that meeting with Kanye West in the same week that we met with President Trump was against some imaginary rule—but we did.
This journey is anything but easy. There is very little sleep involved and the predictable fallout that it can lend to personal lives.
But we understand that there is no substitute for hard work.

We’ve learned that success tampers with loyalty. We’ve been disappointed by those we’ve fought for and have watched some of our idols act as our rivals, but we’ve risen above it each and every time and have never retaliated—because how one deals with an act of betrayal can be a test from God.

There are so many moments I could tell you about: from our lost luggages, crappy hotel rooms, and 3am phone calls from Walmart looking for something to wear on tv—to our apprehensive silences over almond milk lattes as we read the lines of vicious hit-pieces, meant to destroy every single thing that we’ve worked toward.
Suffice to say that nothing can prepare you for a journey like this but there are the people that can anchor you through every rocky moment.

My hope is that the story of me and Charlie Kirk will be about smashing limitations. Of loyalty, of trust, and of believing that you might be able to imprint the world if you are fearless enough to take risks.
What we are putting out is a frequency. A frequency that attracts other risk-takers; a frequency of spirit, heart, truth, and determination.
We are blessed to be on this journey, and are so grateful for the warrior-spirits of those who have and continue to support us, against all odds.

Do we have anyone better than Candace Owens? I don't think so!

Candace Owens is a definite star: Democrats have a platform of government dependency. It is best for everyone to move away from that platform!

Are you familiar with the Gamergate scandal? Journalists? No, activists and hitmen employed by the Washington Post and New Yorker thought Candace had technology that would "out" trolls. Kickstarter pulled the project: Anti-bullying! The only media organ that covered her story accurately was Breitbart! The Twitter employee was running the anti-harassment chapter! What a disgrace!

Candace learned firsthand the Left's intolerance. Dave predicts the next "group" that will be hit by the Left are the Asians. Why? Because so many are successful. Minorities cannot be successful! They must be victims!

Candace has also struck an international nerve when she talks about how the media affects our psychology.

Are public schools teaching children to be liberals? Here in Santa Fe, the answer is yes!

Candace is one of the few I have heard say that she likes the fact that Trump tweets. Why? Because no matter what he says the media always spins it to fit their narrative.

She believes that the media is spiraling downward to its death. People are waking up. People are hungry for truth!
