"Gaming the narrative!"

Stephen Green is not backing down from the games Democrats and their media are playing. Stephen writes in Instapundit,

AT LONG LAST LIVE: Let’s Try This Again: LIVE 2020 Iowa Caucus Results.

Democrats say they have figures for 62% of the precincts. 62% of precincts could be a small percentage of the actual votes casts. Some precincts have 8 voters, some 800.

It at least looks like they’re gaming the narrative.

I can't think of anything to compare this to. All they had to do was count the votes, report the votes, and announce the results.

But something very screwed up is going on here, and once again I'll tell you that the longer this takes, the more crooked it appears.

"inconsistencies" in Iowa Democratic caucus reporting delay results

Shortly before midnight Eastern Time, CNN issued this statement on the lack of results from the Iowa Democratic caucuses.

Iowa Democratic Party Communications Director Mandy McClure said the party found "inconsistencies in the reporting of three sets of results."

Here's the full statement:

We found inconsistencies in the reporting of three sets of results. In addition to the tech systems being used to tabulate results, we are also using photos of results and a paper trail to validate that all results match and ensure that we have confidence and accuracy in the numbers we report. This is simply a reporting issue. The app did not go down and this is not a hack or an intrusion. The underlying data and paper trail is sound and will simply take time to further report the results.
