What Is This?
After 5 years of iterating on a more efficient way to help people find apartments and things to do nearby based on their hobbies and interests, the “Proximity Project” is the modern, convenient way of discovering those options.
These options will be delivered aligning, connecting, integrating and developing geolocation technologies, and a person’s proximity to to an certain area, to complete version 1.
Based on details shared above, we have named this: The “Proactive Proximity Search” project. The official name will be shared near this version’s completion.

Not Our First Rodeo
We’ve been helping people find apartments & activities based on their hobbies and interests for years.
Our first “digital” solution for apartment locating rolled out to help our clients during the pandemic.
Essentially, it was a platform that allowed an invidual to “see” their apartment options through our platform while in quarantine. With real estate being named as an industry for “essential workers” during that time, we continued to serve our clients and help people move.
About five iterations later on digital solutions to help our clients, Project: Proactive Proximity Search continues the mission of putting people first and helping them accomplish their need to move, finding things to do and learning new areas.
