A hands-on look at personalised skincare in Türkiye ✨ Our Personal Care team in Türkiye recently hosted a Lunch & Learn workshop, "My Skin, My Serum," bringing colleagues into the lab to experience the science behind personalised skincare. 🧪 From selecting active ingredients to formulating customised serums, participants gained practical insight into how innovation and formulation expertise come together to meet evolving consumer needs. 📢 Our half-year 2026 results are out, delivering organic revenue growth in the first half of the year and a strong free cash flow performance. Highlights from H1 2026 include: ✅ Revenue of EUR 2.2bn, up 3.2% in constant currency ✅ Return to organic growth in Q2, with organic revenue growth of 3.9% year-on-year ✅ Free cash flow of EUR 122m ✅ Gross profit margin expansion supported by positive pricing momentum ✅ MSCI ESG rating upgraded to AAA and science-based targets validated by SBTi Our Group CEO, Anna Bertona, comments: “I am pleased to report a solid performance, delivering organic revenue growth as a Group for the first half of 2026.
