About us

Zenith Minerals Limited (ASX:ZNC) is an Australian-focused mineral exploration and development company advancing a portfolio of high-quality gold and battery metals projects in Western Australia and Queensland. Our flagship Consolidated Dulcie Gold Project (WA) is rapidly emerging as the largest gold development opportunity in the Forrestania belt, underpinned by a current JORC Inferred Resource of 302koz and an Exploration Target of 0.3–0.8Moz. A fully funded ~12,000m RC drilling program is underway, designed to grow resources and accelerate pathways to production in a record gold price environment. In Queensland, our Red Mountain Project is being advanced as a Tier-1 gold and critical minerals discovery target, with CEI government-supported diamond drilling testing a Mt Wright-style intrusion-related gold system with significant gold, copper and molybdenum potential. Beyond gold, Zenith also holds two strategically located lithium projects in WA: Rio Lithium (Split Rocks): 11.9Mt @ 0.72% Li₂O Inferred Resource, located near the Mt Holland lithium mine. Waratah Well: Pegmatite-hosted lithium with strong infrastructure access. Zenith further maintains 25% free-carried exposure to the Earaheedy Zinc JV with Rumble Resources, where a 94Mt Zn-Pb-Ag Inferred Resource continues to grow. With a diversified portfolio, strong funding position (~A$3.5m raised in July 2025), and a board and management team with deep industry experience, Zenith is positioned to deliver shareholder value through: Rapid growth of its WA and QLD gold assets. Strategic exposure to lithium and base metals aligned with the global energy transition. Operating to the highest ESG standards, ensuring value creation for shareholders, employees, and the communities in which we operate. Footings for four of the ten tanks are advancing ahead of the next 900 cubic meter concrete pour. The works are being delivered by Flanco Pty Ltd, with oversight from Polaris Engineering Services Pty Ltd. ASX RELEASE: Acquisition of Edna May Gold Project Forrestania Resources has announced a transformational acquisition, agreeing to acquire the Edna May Gold Project from Ramelius Resources, significantly advancing the Company's strategy to build a leading Western Australian gold producer. The acquisition adds a second processing hub to Forrestania's growing portfolio, including the 2.9Mtpa Edna May processing plant, established infrastructure and a 945,000-ounce JORC Mineral Resource, creating a powerful platform for future production growth. With the ongoing redevelopment of the Lake Johnston Processing Facility, Forrestania is building a dual hub-and-spoke operating model designed to maximise operational flexibility, unlock regional synergies and accelerate the pathway to production across its expanding Western Australian gold portfolio. The Company is targeting the restart of the Edna May Mill in the first half of 2027, with ore expected to be sourced initially from Forrestania's existing nearby mineral resources while longer-term mining opportunities are assessed. To fund the acquisition, Forrestania has launched a A$300 million two-tranche capital raising, with proceeds to fund the A$200 million cash component of the transaction and support completion of the acquisition. The Company expects to emerge from its trading halt following completion of the capital raising on Wednesday, 1 July 2026.   Forrestania’s Chairman David Geraghty commented: “This transaction upholds Forrestania’s strategy to consolidate the proven and prospective gold assets in the Forrestania region. Approximately 12 months ago, Forrestania embarked on an aggressive M&A strategy to consolidate stranded high-quality gold assets and underexplored tenure surrounding Edna May. This strategy has been incredibly successful and set Forrestania up for today’s acquisition. Forrestania believes it has the proven development and delivery team that is ready to refurbish, upgrade and commission the 2.9Mtpa Edna May Mill going forward. This work will be completed in conjunction with Forrestania’s commissioning of Lake Johnston which is on-track for late 2026. Forrestania is at an exciting juncture as it now has the growing resource base and the processing infrastructure to deliver on its gold production strategy.” David Geraghty Brett Hodgins Daniel Raihani 🔗  Read full announcement:  https://lnkd.in/ghD76WPh #Gold #Drilling #ASXNews $FRS #ASXGold #GoldStocks #GoldMining #GoldExploration #ResourceStocks #SmallCaps #WAmining #Forrestania

Forrestania Resources is featured in The Australian Financial Review (AFR) article, “Phil King’s small-cap recruit names his next 10-bagger for Regal” (29 May 2026), highlighting the Company’s emergence as one of Western Australia’s fastest-growing gold companies. The article notes that Forrestania, is backed by prominent Western Australian investors, including members of the Stokes family and the Roberts family of Multiplex fame, as the Company continues to build a significant WA gold platform through acquisition, exploration and development. A key focus of the AFR feature is Forrestania’s participation in the tender process for the Edna May processing facility. The article highlights that a successful acquisition could increase Forrestania’s production profile to approximately 220,000 ounces of gold per annum, representing a significant step in the Company’s strategy to become a leading Australian gold producer. With Lake Johnston advancing toward commissioning, ore already delivered from British Hill, and continued growth across its Western Australian gold portfolio, Forrestania remains focused on executing its transition from explorer to producer.
