Fuel security is fast becoming one of the biggest resilience questions for Australian businesses as geopolitical tensions and supply chain pressures are pushing it right up the agenda. Join us on Thursday 30 July as Bianca DeGennaro, Partner in PwC Australia's Sustainability team, unpacks the current landscape of fuel security risk for Australian businesses. Bianca works closely with clients to help them understand climate-related and broader resilience risk exposure, and in 2026 that conversation has expanded well beyond climate, now taking in geopolitical instability and supply chain constraints as key drivers of business risk. Whether you're in resources, energy, or a related sector, this is a timely opportunity to hear a practitioner's perspective on where these risks are heading and what businesses are doing to build resilience. Thursday 30 July, 5:15–7:30pm Finlaysons Lawyers, Level 7, 43 Franklin Street, Adelaide Free drinks and canapés — everyone welcome Register by 5:30pm Monday 27 July https://lnkd.in/gfM-hGZy

Bianca is a partner in PwC Australia's Sustainability team. Last week, Women in Resources SA held an important conversation on psychosocial safety in the workplace. A big thank you to Daniella Carling and Jessie Murphy-Allen for sharing practical, real-world insights. A few key takeaways that resonated: • Understanding the difference between a hazard and discomfort as not all stress is harmful, and stretch is often where growth happens • Creating psychosocially safe workplaces isn’t about removing challenge but about getting the balance right • This is legislated, evolving, and increasingly important When we get it right, culture shows up in real ways: lower turnover, less poor behaviour, stronger retention, and more innovation, ultimately impacting the bottom line. Great to see so many people in the room, committed to building better workplaces across our sector. #WomenInResources #Networking #PsychosocialSafety

We’ll cover: 🔹 what psychosocial safety actually means day-to-day 🔹 how to spot and manage risks early 🔹 what you can realistically say and do in challenging situations Plus, a great opportunity to connect with others across the industry who are navigating the same things.
