Delighted to be hosting our Annual Engaging Men and Boys Summit in partnership with ANROWS Family Life and The Man Cave Ben Vasiliou This year's event addresses gender norms that go unchallenged, trauma that goes unsupported, and power dynamics and social conditions that allow violence to occur. That’s where our conversation begins. Across two days and two specialist streams, you’ll explore what drives men to use violence, what stops them, and what the sector can do to evolve. From coercive control and behaviour change programs to early prevention, fatherhood, schools, digital harm, and the manosphere. Thanks to our incredible speakers Daniel Principe Tony Johannsen Allison Wainwright Michael Flood Dr Tessa Boyd-Caine Dr. Zac Seidler Ayla Chorley, David Mandel Shaan Ross-Smith Dave Kramer Paul Liknaitzky, PhD Tim Wemyss Patrick O'Leary Matt Tyler Kate Fitz-Gibbon Michele Campbell

Thank you to everyone for the past two days - it was a pleasure taking the journey with you at The Hatchery (Hub) annual Ending Coercive Control and Family Violence Summit. A few highlights are attached, but truly, there wasn't a single presentation I didn't take something from. Thanks again to our partners ANROWS, Domestic Violence NSW, Community Legal Centres Queensland, NSW Council of Social Service (NCOSS) Hope to see you again next time.

In high-stakes environments, true leadership isn't just about the grand strategies; it is found in the cumulative impact of our everyday actions. At the upcoming Women UNLIMITED Leadership Summit, we are proud to spotlight Lieutenant General Natasha Fox AO CSC, Chief of Personnel at the Department of Defence and the first woman promoted to three-star rank in the Australian Defence Force. Natasha’s historic career is defined by breaking new ground and leading with unwavering purpose. From entering the Australian Defence Force Academy in 1988 to deploying across Lebanon, Syria, and Israel, she has navigated some of the most demanding operational environments in the world. Whether serving as Deputy Chief of Army, Chief of Staff for Joint Task Force 633, or as the inaugural Chief of Personnel, she consistently demonstrates how to anchor leadership in clear values and sound judgement. Taking the stage in Canberra, Natasha will deliver a highly anticipated keynote: "Leading with purpose in complexity: From small acts to lasting impact". She will challenge attendees to reframe their public service as a conscious act of contribution, offering a framework for how small and deliberate leadership choices can drive cultural shifts. This is more than a standard conference; it is a dedicated space for leaders to step out of the noise, sharpen their judgement under pressure and return ready to lead with grounded courage. What does it take to challenge entrenched systems and turn conviction into lasting influence? At the upcoming Women UNLIMITED Leadership Summit, we are proud to spotlight Natasha Stott Despoja AO, Royal Commissioner into Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence (SA) and Founding Chair of Our Watch. Natasha’s career is a masterclass in driving systemic reform and the courage to speak truth to power. From becoming the youngest woman ever to enter the Australian Federal Parliament to serving as Australia’s Ambassador for Women and Girls and advising on global UN committees, she has spent decades navigating complex political and international arenas. Her journey proves what it means to lead with authenticity and drive equitable outcomes when facing significant resistance. Across the public sector, leadership currently requires holding the line and delivering reform in an environment defined by sustained pressure, complexity, and constant change. Taking the stage in Adelaide, Natasha will deliver a powerful keynote on "Lead loudly, lead differently: Courage in the face of resistance". She will delve into what it takes to challenge entrenched systems, keep going when the pushback comes and navigate leadership when you are underestimated or dismissed. This is more than a standard conference; it is a dedicated space for leaders to step out of the noise, sharpen their judgement under pressure and return ready to lead with grounded courage.
