Key Highlights: 📍Location: Anzac Highway Forestville (former LeCornu site) 🏗️Scope: Brownfields subdivision - 71 lots 📅Duration: November 2024 - September 2025 🔑Delivered on program with several complex components in earthworks and roadworks Earthworks remediation required compaction of uncontrolled fill to depths of up to 4m, ensuring the stability and suitability of the subgrade. Roadworks required Ecotrihex pavers which were install as part of the stormwater detention system.
