A pivotal clinical study of the Felix™ System has now been presented to a major scientific and clinical audience for the first time. At the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand 2026 Annual Conference in Canberra, A/Prof Hassan Bakos PhD MBA presented results from the multi-centre study involving 103 couples across 10 Monash IVF Group centres. The study found Felix™: • achieved a significantly higher Embryo Utilisation Rate than density gradient centrifugation - 58.8% compared with 49.1% • delivered a comparable result to swim-up • was preferred to density gradient centrifugation by 100% of participating clinicians These findings formed part of the clinical evidence supporting Felix™ achieving CE Mark certification. Memphasys has since secured regulatory access across Europe, Australia and the United Kingdom, more than A$3 million in contracted minimum revenue during FY2026 and a further A$350,000 commercial agreement in Poland. Our collaboration with Monash IVF Group has also progressed from a decade-long scientific relationship and pivotal clinical trial to a 12-month exclusive national supply agreement for Felix™ in Australia. This presentation provides further clinical evidence to support engagement with fertility clinics, embryologists and laboratory decision-makers as Memphasys works to convert its growing portfolio of commercial agreements into product adoption and recurring cartridge revenue. Memphasys is developing the Felix device, a unique technology to separate high quality sperm for improved IVF procedures
About us
Memphasys (ASX: MEM) is an Australian-based bio-separations company developing the Felix device – a unique device for quickly separating high quality sperm from a semen sample for use in human IVF procedures. Globally, human fertility rates are in decline and technologies such as IVF are increasingly common, with the industry anticipated to be valued in excess of US$26 billion by 2026. However, the process is inefficient with an average of 2.2 IVF cycles required for success and patients are also at risk of increased potential for miscarriage or genetic impairment. Current methods for sperm cell preparation such as Swim-Up and Density Gradient Centrifugation (DGC) have not changed substantially since the advent of IVF in the 1970’s and 80’s and are costly, time-intensive and require manual labour. The Felix device represents a new approach to selecting the best cells and has been developed in partnership with world renowned fertility expert Professor John Aitken. The process is non-invasive, fully-automated, can be completed within 6 minutes and increases the likelihood of a pregnancy with a healthy baby. In order to deliver these impressive results, the Felix device uses a technology known as electrophoresis, applying a gentle electrical force through a cartridge containing a semen sample. The best quality cells are attracted to the negative charge and a series of polymer membranes help separate debris, such as dead cells, white blood cells and irregular shaped sperm. Following the six-minute process the best cells have been separated and can be used for the IVF process. Memphasys is in the process of commercialising the Felix device with sales anticipated in mid-late 2020 in a series of early access markets, such as Japan, India, Canada and New Zealand. The Company is also investigating the potential of using the Felix device technology on animal cells, including equine, bovine and ovine samples.

We are proud to see the Felix™ System recognised by Monash IVF Group as part of the important research presented at FSANZ 2026. A/Prof Hassan Bakos PhD MBA shared findings from a large, multi-centre prospective randomised study evaluating Felix™, conducted in partnership with Monash IVF Group. The study demonstrated strong embryology outcomes and highlighted the potential of Felix™ to support assisted reproductive treatment. The presentation comes at an important time in our long-standing relationship with Monash IVF Group. In June, Memphasys announced a 12-month exclusive national supply agreement for Felix™, beginning with an initial rollout at two Monash IVF clinics and providing a pathway to deployment across its Australian clinic network. We sincerely thank Monash IVF Group for its role as our clinical trial partner and now commercial partner. This collaboration demonstrates how Australian-developed reproductive technology can progress from rigorous clinical evaluation towards broader clinical adoption. #FSANZ2026 #FelixSystem #FertilityCare #IVF #ReproductiveTechnology #AustralianInnovation David Tasker Marjan Mikel Mathew Watkins Joe Durak Lynx Advisors Pty Ltd Chapter One Advisors
At Monash IVF Group, patient care is at the heart of what we do. That commitment was reflected today at FSANZ 2026, where our clinicians, scientists and nurses shared research and innovations contributing to the ongoing evolution of fertility care and patient outcomes. Key highlights include: 🔹 Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr Fleur Cattrall Cattrall explored clinical decision-making in IVF, including trigger shot combinations and strategies used to optimise outcomes while minimising the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). 🔹 Our Sunshine IVF Nurse Team Leader Sara Migotto presented research evaluating modified natural frozen embryo transfer (mNC-FET) cycles within satellite fertility programs. The study examined how these approaches can provide patients with additional treatment options while remaining practical for regional and satellite clinics. 🔹 Our industry colleague from Memphasys Reproductive Biotechnology A/Prof Hassan Bakos PhD MBA shared results from a large multi-centre study evaluating the Australian-developed Felix™ System, an innovative sperm selection technology where we were the clinical trial partner. The research demonstrated strong embryology outcomes and highlighted the potential of new technologies to support assisted reproductive treatment. A special thanks to Carla Pietrucci, Sara Mayes, Dr Naomi Bernecic, Carol Tillbrook and Gill Homan for their exceptional presentations as well. It’s so encouraging to see research across the fertility industry being translated into practical improvements that benefit both patients and clinicians. We’re proud to contribute to this collective effort and remain committed to advancing the future of fertility care through research, innovation and continuous improvement. #FSANZ2026

Day 3 at European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) Conference ... and the conversations just keep getting better. Yesterday was all about strengthening relationships with customers and commercial partners from across the globe, while welcoming new groups keen to explore how FELIX™ can fit into their fertility workflows. It was especially exciting to spend time with our new commercial partners from Thailand and a key client from Qatar as Memphasys continues to expand its international distribution network. One of the best signs of a successful conference? When people come back. Throughout the day, we welcomed a number of delegates returning for second (and even third!) conversations as discussions moved from introductions to planning the next steps for commercial collaboration. The momentum around FELIX™ continues to build, and there's still more to come from ESHRE and this trip to the UK. Day 2 at European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the conference has certainly stepped up. With much larger crowds through the exhibition today, the Memphasys booth was busy throughout the day, with plenty of standing-room-only conversations around FELIX™. A key theme today was commercial momentum. It was particularly encouraging to reconnect with existing customers and partners, many of whom spoke about FELIX™ becoming an increasingly routine part of their laboratory workflow. The team also held a number of valuable discussions with potential customers, commercial partners and distributors who are already evaluating FELIX™ and are now looking at the next step towards broader commercial adoption. A strong day of engagement, validation and partnership discussions. 📍 Booth D53b | ESHRE 2026 | London Hassan Bakos PhD MBA Marjan Mikel Mathew Watkins Chapter One Advisors Lynx Advisors Pty Ltd Joe Durak
