After a great and valuable time with GrainCorp, I’m excited to share that I’ve joined iStaff as Business Unit Manager. Leaving GrainCorp is bittersweet. I’ve learnt an enormous amount during my time there and had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly talented people. A very special thank you to everyone I’ve worked with across GrainCorp, and particularly to the Auscol team. Auscol is a business that has faced plenty of noise, change and challenges, but the resilience, commitment and determination of that team has always stood out to me. I’m incredibly proud of what we achieved together, and even more grateful for the people I got to share the journey with. We made some amazing memories along the way, and I know I’ll genuinely miss a lot of people. At the same time, I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead. I’ve now finished my first week at iStaff, and I have to say I’m incredibly impressed by the professionalism, commitment and energy displayed by the Account Management, Recruitment and Operations teams. It’s been a fantastic introduction to the business and a great reminder of how important the right people and culture are to building something special. iStaff is an exciting business with great people, a clear vision and an ambitious leadership team. I’m particularly looking forward to working alongside Maja Ristevski, Will Purdon, Anthony Lindbergh and Lauren Veller as we continue to build on the strong foundations already in place. There’s a lot of opportunity ahead, and I’m looking forward to bringing everything I’ve learnt throughout my career into this next challenge — while learning plenty more along the way.
