  • Great to welcome the Argonaut team and a group of investors to Core Lithium’s Finniss Lithium Operation this week. There is no substitute for seeing an operation first-hand, and the visit provided a great opportunity to showcase the progress being made across Finniss. The group visited the BP33 underground development, saw the recent DMS plant upgrades and mining activities at the Grants open pit, and spent time with our geology team understanding what makes BP33 such a compelling orebody, including its consistent geometry, strong grade continuity and predictable mineralisation. They also got a first-hand appreciation of Finniss’ strategic location, less than 90 kilometres from Darwin and with access to established infrastructure and export pathways. Most importantly, the visit showcased the quality, experience and commitment of the Core team who are driving the restart forward. A big thank you to the Argonaut team, our investors and everyone across Core who took the time to share their knowledge and showcase the progress being made. Seeing Finniss on the ground tells a very different story to simply reading about it, and we were pleased to have the opportunity to demonstrate the progress being made firsthand. #CoreLithium #Finniss #Lithium #CriticalMinerals #Darwin #NorthernTerritory

  • 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗣𝟯𝟯 Core has reported excellent new high-grade lithium results from extensional drilling at the BP33 project, part of its 100% owned Finniss Lithium Operation. The first exploration diamond drill hole, NMRD100, has returned 34.08m @ 2.09% Li2O from 578.7m and 3.43m @ 2.44% Li2O from 616.54m. Targeting extensions to mineralisation outside the existing BP33 Mineral Resource Estimate, the results confirm the continuity of high-grade mineralisation adjacent to hole NMRD085, which previously intersected 90.17m @ 1.80% Li₂O, further reinforcing the scale and quality of the BP33 orebody. An additional four diamond drill holes are planned, targeting extensions to mineralisation down-dip and along strike. BP33 hosts an existing Mineral Resource of 10.5Mt @ 1.53% Li₂O, as well as a previously reported Exploration Target of between 3.9Mt and 6.5Mt at 1.5% and 1.6% Li₂O located deeper down-plunge of the current resource. With exploration also advancing at the Blackbeard Prospect, where a staged diamond drilling campaign of up to 12,150m is underway, Core continues to progress its strategy of resource growth and mine life extension across Finniss. Commenting on the drilling results, Core's Managing Director Paul Brown said: “These initial results from BP33 are highly encouraging and reinforce our confidence in the quality and continuity of the orebody. BP33 is a unique deposit, characterised by a large, continuous, uniform, sub-vertical pegmatite with consistent grade, minimal internal zoning and favourable geometry for underground mining. As the long-life, low-cost production base at Finniss, these results further strengthen our confidence in the continuity and scale of the orebody, while continuing to demonstrate the potential for mineralisation beyond the current Mineral Resource footprint.” Read the ASX announcement here: https://shorturl.at/eg8W0 #CoreLithium #CXO #Lithium #CriticalMinerals #Mining #ASX

  • 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘅𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁 Core is spinning out its gold and non-lithium tenements into a new gold-focused ASX-listed exploration company, Axiant Resources Limited. The spin out sharpens Core’s focus on the Finniss Lithium Project and its other lithium assets, while ensuring its shareholders retain exposure to the gold assets through Core's ownership of 20 million ordinary shares and up to 20 million performance rights in Axiant. Axiant intends to list on the ASX via an IPO, seeking to raise $8-10 million at $0.20 per share, with a priority offer extended to existing eligible Core shareholders. The prospectus is expected to be lodged in July 2026. Commenting on the divestment, Core Managing Director Paul Brown said: “Core remains fully focused on the Finniss Lithium Project, with disciplined execution and a clear priority on safely delivering Grants and BP33 on schedule and within budget. “By establishing Axiant, we will create an independent, well-funded gold focused exploration company that can progress the gold and non-lithium assets and harness the current interest in gold companies with a dedicated team and funding. It provides an effective pathway to advance projects like Shoobridge Gold and to assess the broader exploration potential across the gold and non-lithium tenement packages. Core and its shareholders will retain exposure to Axiant’s success through our shareholding and performance rights in Axiant. In addition, Core shareholders will be given priority to subscribe for new shares in Axiant.” Read the ASX announcement here: https://shorturl.at/HNhBJ #CoreLithium #CXO #Lithium #CriticalMinerals #Mining #ASX

  • 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘀 Core has commenced its near mine brownfields exploration program at the Finniss Lithium Operation. The exploration program is designed to support Core’s broader strategy of resource growth and mine life extension at Finniss, as well as advancing the development pipeline.    The primary objective is advancing the Blackbeard prospect toward a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate and further assess its potential as a future source of high grade ore feed for Finniss.   Core has also entered into a binding agreement with Charger Metals to acquire 100% of Charger’s interest in the Bynoe Lithium Project, consisting of the EL 30897 tenement area, which covers approximately 63km2 of land within the Finniss Project tenement area surrounding Core’s Blackbeard prospect. The acquisition consolidates Core’s tenement holdings within the Finniss project and enhances Core’s future exploration pipeline. Commenting on the news, Core's Managing Director Paul Brown said: “Blackbeard represents a growth opportunity for Core at Finniss and has the potential to become a significant source of future high-grade ore feed for the operation. With Carlton already converted to Ore Reserve and development underway at BP33, this drilling program represents the next step in our strategy to grow resources, extend mine life and unlock future expansion opportunities at Finniss. The initial drilling phase is designed to rapidly advance Blackbeard toward a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate while improving our understanding of the scale, continuity and development potential of the system.   “Separately, the acquisition of the Bynoe Lithium Project further strengthens our position within the Bynoe pegmatite field and consolidates the landholding surrounding Blackbeard, providing additional exploration upside and greater flexibility for future development studies.   “This work is aimed at creating long-term shareholder value by leveraging the substantial infrastructure, processing capacity and logistics network already established at Finniss.” Read the ASX announcement here: https://shorturl.at/1RoOE #CoreLithium #CXO #Lithium #CriticalMinerals #Mining #ASX

  • 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 Core announces plans to divest certain Northern Territory and South Australian gold exploration assets, creating a new gold company - Axiant Resources Limited - through an IPO targeted for July/August 2026. Under the IPO, Core will retain all lithium rights across tenements prospective for lithium, maintaining its position as a lithium-focused producer and exploration company. Core will also retain a significant shareholding in Axiant, preserving its balance sheet strength. Core’s Chair Greg English will retire on 30 June 2026 to become Chair of Axiant, concluding a highly successful 16-year term at Core as Chair. During this time, Greg played a pivotal role in the company's re-start study and funding package, which led to the recommencement of mining. Existing non-executive director Malcolm McComas will be appointed as the new Chair of Core, effective from the date of Greg's retirement. Commenting on the news, Greg English said: “After 16 years leading Core through significant growth, I’m proud to leave the Company in a good position to resume mining. The new team, the assets and the outstanding growth opportunity reflects improved commodity prices for spodumene, and also the strength of our new financial partners. So, after many years of rewarding challenges, I have decided to step down.   “I am very proud of what we have achieved at Core, and I want to especially thank my board colleagues and the executive team led by MD and CEO Paul Brown and all our staff and contractors for the role they've played in building Core out over recent years - there is an exciting future ahead.”   Read the ASX announcement here: https://shorturl.at/Gqx4Y #CoreLithium #CXO #Lithium #CriticalMinerals #Mining #ASX

The sale reflects the value of Core’s strategic partnership with Glencore and represents a further step in the Company’s strategy to monetise existing stockpiled material and generate cash as mining activities ramp up at Finniss. Commenting on the news, Core's Managing Director, Paul Brown, said: “This second sale of lithium fines further strengthens Core’s liquidity position as we ramp up operations at Finniss. During 2026 we have generated ~$28.5 million from the sales of lithium stockpiles at Finniss. “This additional liquidity provides Core with greater financial flexibility as we progress mining activities, advance development activities at BP33 and the restart of processing operations.
