Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will welcome the Prime Minister of Thailand, Anutin Charnvirakul, to Australia from 17 to 20 August 2026. The Prime Ministers will meet in Canberra to discuss cooperation under the Australia-Thailand Strategic Partnership, including deepening economic and security cooperation. This is Prime Minister Anutin’s first visit to Australia since taking office, and the second time the leaders have met.
