Buenas,
se que puede sonar tonto, pero estas seguro que los modulos pertenecen a ese kernel y toda esas cosas?
ie. make, make install, make modules, make modules_install , para ser redundantes en la compilacion del kernel.
Los errores esos, suelen aparecer cuando se compila con diferentes versiones o se linkea con diferentes versiones.
