A Hi Everyone The Shop/ shopify app was easy to set up, and my products connected successfully. My store is live with 13 products. I have not received any sales through Shop nothing yet, but I hope it will help more customers discover my store, the shopify and shop app constantly has never made me any sales at all 2 years now can only hope the AI constantly repeats itself , when you message support the AI says one thing the person says another I have been complaining about this but there is something wrong with this shop and shopify it’s a money pit how many apps do you have to get, then they send you to pay a for a person 100-300 per hour that they are part of the company .. ?? it’s a little fraudulent to be honest no intention to help.. there is a glitch in there systems
Terrible app.
Shopify publishes my online listings to it regardless if I put it as a sales channel or not. This leads to loads of my event tickets being bought up by bots who want event prizing to be posted to them. We dont ship and why would we post event prizing to people who dont take part in the event... 0/10 app forcing use where no consent to list products on it was given. If it's not selected as a sales channel from a product IT SHOULDN'T BE AVAILABLE ON THE SALES CHANNEL. Theres no work around for this. Make the channel optional for products and dont show products not in this sales channel end of.
This app is great because I experienced sales upon implementation but I consider it very expensive for a beginner like me. I am now hurting with the cost but happy with the sales generated to date. Thank God for his help towards me with this venture. Thanks to Shopify and all my supporters as well.
