This program is for individuals committed to building strength, muscle, and athletic performance using barbell and bodyweight methods. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, programs are tailored to your level and goals.
I combine progressive barbell lifts with calisthenics and functional movement for full-body development. Every plan is simple, effective, and sustainable, focusing on long-term results without unnecessary complexity.

Coaching is available both online and in-person. Online clients receive structured programs, video demonstrations, and weekly support to ensure progress.
