This episode is basically covering the growth I have been through since the abuse and the aftermath. It's been hard, but I have also really learned a lot during this time and hope to share what I have learned to help encourage others who might have experienced online abuse and ostracization from communities that they thought they could trust. It's traumatic and difficult to deal with, but you can do it. All it takes is reevaluating what happened to you and why and learning to accept what you can't change versus what you can. Doing that and going to Therapy has done SO MUCH for me. I am so happy to be where I am right now. Life won't be pain-free from here on out, but I will be more prepared and ready for whatever life throws at me.
