Often when we hear certain words, our brains fire up and form mental images or concepts, which it has associated with them in the past.
For example, 'thriving' may be linked to images of success, hustle and the quest for more. The word 'mindfulness' however point towards images of peace, contentment and minimalism.
So is one better than the other? Maybe. Maybe not. But since both these ideas - thriving and mindfulness - have very strong pros, we believe a better way of framing this question is how may we bring them together and optimise our day-to-day experience

Uddipan is the lead singer of one of the pioneering post-rock bands in India - aswekeepsearching. Daria has dedicated her life to improving people’s performance and wellbeing by freeing their warrior spirit. She is the founder of The MAP – The Mindful Athlete Program; a mindfulness-based mental performance program, which is dedicated to improving the mind-body connection/integration.
